    Located in the heart of Topsail Beach, you can walk to the gift shops, restaurants and Jolly Roger Pier. Also, don't overlook a trip to the Missiles & More Museum while you're here - it's just a hop and skip away. As a bonus: the homeowner will donate a portion of every rental to the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center

    Living and Dining:

    Step inside the cheerful tiled entry and let your vacation begin. The hardwood floors and modern coastal décor of the open floorplan creates a living area that is bright and airy with lovely views of the Atlantic Ocean everywhere you look. The upscale kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances and granite countertops with a raised breakfast bar that seats 4 blends seamlessly into the dining area that seats 8. The stunning living room is complete with a large flatscreen tv, comfortable furnishings, and access to a covered oceanfront covered porch. Dine inside, or take your meals outside and enjoy the ocean breezes overlooking the lush dunes.

    Sweet Dreams:
    Linens (bed and bath) are included for reservations, 7 nights or longer from May to September. For shorter stays and off-season rentals, linens are available for rent through Ward Realty.

Better Communication needed

We thought this house was wonderful and honestly it is at the top of our list for wanting to stay again. But unfortunately we didn’t get to enjoy the outside deck or shower area at all due to the septic leaking waste all week into the pavement in the back. When we arrived we immediately contacted management and let them know about the toxins leaking and unfortunately they ALREADY knew about the problem and without notification allowed us to check in. The problem was not fixed the entire time we were there so the smell was awful the whole time. It really is a shame as we invested more in an ocean side home only to not get to enjoy a third of the house. When we used the outside shower, the water was mixing with the waste water and it was so unnerving. We are sorely disappointed with Ward reality not offering anything to fix the issue or compensate us back, even partially with the known waste leaking issue prior to check in.

Views are amazing

The views of the home are amazing and the house is right on the water with easy access to the beach. I did not like that we had to bring our own linens or pay more money to rent sheets and towels. We have stayed in VRBO's many times before and have never experienced this, which was inconvenient. We owned a home on the beach, that we rented out, and never would we have considered not providing linens. The house smells moldy and you need to open the windows but they don't have screens. Many minor repairs are needed: lights were burned out, the master toilet would not stop running, the other upstairs bathroom's toilet seat was broken, outside fans were rusted and would not turn on. The most important thing to mention though are the steps. They are extremely narrow and steep. If you have children or elderly members of your family, be careful.

Perfect for our families to stay

Very nice location, beautiful views (as described) and beach right out front. Furniture could use some updating but the kitchen was gorgeous! It was perfect for our families. Ward realty company was so polite and helpful. Charge a few extra dollars a night and have a few basics on hand like dish and hand soap and a sample of laundry detergent.... we were first time renters and unprepared. Having to go back in to the store to get staple items was inconvenient. Great weekend overall!
