    • 2 Parking Passes (make sure to put these in your car right away, and return them before you leave!)

    Door Codes:
    • Personalized door codes will be sent the morning of check-in through text & email - please make sure you have updated/correct contact information upon booking.

    Early Check-in/Late Check-Out:
    • Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance during the busy season (Memorial Day - Labor Day) We can let you know if early check in or late check out will be available. If we can accommodate your request, we will be happy to! bonus: we do not charge extra!

    Bed & Bath Linens:
    - Bed and Bath linens are all provided (beach towels are not included)!
    • Upon arrival you will find clean bed & bath linens in a linen bag at the property.
    ** For an additional fee beds can be made, please contact our office to schedule this extra service at least a week before arrival.   

    Booking Details:
    • Arrival & Departure: Check-In: 3 PM | Check-Out: 10 AM
    • Door Codes: Door access codes will be sent the morning of check-in through email & text message

    Complimentary items below are provided as a convenience for when you first arrive. (Additional supplies will be the responsibility of the guest):
    • 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
    • 1 trash bag per trash can
    • 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen
    • A small "starter set" of dish soap, sponge, laundry pod and dishwasher tab.

    Area Guide:
    • There are tons of restaurants in Surf City such as Shaka Taco, JM's Seafood and Daddy Mac's on the beach just to name a few plus dining options in North and South Topsail, Hampstead, Holly Ridge and Snead's Ferry.
    • If you still have the energy for some nighttime entertainment there are local beach bars, breweries, a wine bar, sports bars and several have live music all year round.
    • One of our favorite things to do with friends/family that come to visit here is hire a chartered fishing trip and rent jet-skis or bicycles/electric bikes!

    Family Fun Close By:
    • Surf City Surf School has amazing surf instructors and your kids will love it! Make sure to check out the summer programs available for kids at Island Ecological Adventures & Touch Tank Aquarium! Take a stroll around Soundside Park, or choose from the other multiple parks in the area and outdoor recreation spots for kids and adults alike with local golf courses and mini golf!
    • Inside the home when you arrive, there is a full list of fun places to go, eat and play around Topsail Island and surrounding areas!• You can also check out our "Area Guide" on our website to find a full list of things to do, upcoming events and more!

    After Booking:
    • We will send confirmation with your guest log-in and Vacation Rental Contract to the email address provided. Please check your spam/junk email and let us know right away if you did not receive an email to your regular inbox. This way we can ensure that you receive all important information regarding your vacation before your arrival, including door codes and final payment reminders!

Comfy Condo

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was very nice and comfortable and had everything we needed. The pool is amazing for kids and the beach is absolutely beautiful.

Vacation 2024

We love Topsail and have been visiting every summer for the past 5 years. This place was just as the pictures show and very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Tropical feel, family friendly

My mom and I brought my daughters and my niece here for our annual girls’ beach trip. We try to select a different beach each year. It is safe to say, we may change the rules and stay here again next year!!! It was a wonderful place to stay.

Great for kids

We very much enjoyed our stay at this condo. While it is small, the space is used well and it was perfect for a couple with two young children. The walk to the beach is about a tenth of a mile with no road crossings so it was very doable. The pool was even closer, which the children appreciated.

Great Weekend Retreat

Spent a long weekend w my daughters and grandson. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach as well as restaurants and shops. The unit was clean and comfortable. Pool was extremely nice as well. Highly recommend!!

Cute little place to stay at Topsail

The location was great! You’re close to everything. We liked being on the first floor and having the carport to park under. The condo overall was nice and updated. The only complaint was the Wi-Fi connection was a bit difficult but oh well you have the beach and perfect view of the pool!

Beautiful and well maintained condo! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially the pool. The community was quiet and close to everything. It was a perfect location for a long weekend getaway. Dean, the Surf Community property manager, was an absolute delight. We will definitely come back next summer.

Cute and convenient

We loved our stay at Condo 517. The updates that have been done are super cute. It was within walking distance to the pool and beach. We rode our bikes to some shops and to get snow cones at Pelicans. Everything else was within a short driving distance away. The only thing I suggest is updating the bed in the bedroom. It was really small (full I believe?) where as the description says queen. Not that big of a deal but it would of been a lot more comfortable since our son tried to sleep with us one night and that couldn't happen in there. The couch bed is ridiculously uncomfortable but thankfully we didn't have to use it except the one night to sleep with our son close by. Thank you for having everything we could need to make us feel at home while enjoying our vacation. We will be back very soon Topsail Island!!

It was better than expected!

We had a great stay and more relaxing than expected staying a week by the beach and nice pool. We were very comfortable in the condo and it felt like a home away from home. We hope to return sometime soon in the future!

A lovely place to visit

Folks who checked us in were patient and kind. They pay attention to small details, providing dishwasher soap and laundry soap. When I realized there was no washer/dryer they sent quarters, when the sheet size was wrong they sent over correct size, with extra towels. Unit is adorable and comfortable. Unit is located in a family friendly complex. The beach is lovely and we enjoyed our visit to Topsail. Thank you!

We loved it here

We enjoyed this condo! We have been staying at surf for years and this unit was out favorite! No one above us was the best!! So peaceful and quite! Had everything we needed!! I would suggest all condos have KING size beds. I would highly recommend staying here!

Fun beach stay

This condo was in a perfect location and provided a great week at the beach for our family. The condo is beautifully updated and had everything we needed and was steps from the beach and pool. We will definitely be back!
