  • Looking for your slice of paradise, This charming 2 bedroom 1.5 bath pool side third floor condo near the heart of Surf City is the one for you. Walk the beach, surf the waves, take a dip in the community pool, or bike into town – you can do it all from this central location. Step inside to the upscale nautical feel on this totally renovated condo. From the stylish, light wood floors to the sea blue walls filled with bright colors, you'll be in a vacation state of mind in no time! Open the blinds to reveal a huge sliding door onto the private covered porch to let in the morning sunshine and inviting ocean views. You will find that the modern kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals. There is room for 4 around the dining nook and additional seating at the Kitchen island.

    Sweet Dreams: Linens (Bed and Bath) are not included. Linens are available for rent through Ward Realty.

    Outdoor Spaces:
    Enjoy sunrise views over the Atlantic from your private covered porch that also overlooks the pool and the beautifully landscaped courtyard. Sip your morning coffee in the sunshine or an evening beverage in the shade. You can relax at the beach or at the pool, which includes a poolside gazebo and decking complete with lounge chairs. Paved & wooden walkways lead to a crossover to the sandy white beach and crystal blue waters. And after a day of sun and sand, you can use the outdoor shower to wash it away.

    Your beach condo is located approximately 1.2 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge, near the central part of Topsail Island. This puts you close to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.

    2026 HOA Run Community Pool: open April- October (opening and closing dates to be announced). 8 am to 8 pm daily, weather & safety concerns permitting.
    Gate/laundry/parking passes/pool keycard required with a credit card on file.
    Please note that Surf Condo units only provide parking for 2 vehicles.
    Boats, trailers, jet skis, etc. are not allowed on the condo premises.

    Trip Preparation:
    Rental homes with Ward Realty all have minimum standards to make your stay seem as close to home, while you are away from home as possible. All our rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters, blenders), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s), central heating/air, and much more! Please note this condo does not come with sheets or towels. You may bring your own or rent them through Ward Realty.

Great condo with excellent view of the ocean. Well maintained and clean. Only downside is the 3 flight walk up but felt it was worth it for the price, view and accessibility to the beach. Pack light as the stairs are brutal at arrival and departure. My only real complaint is communication before arrival. the pool and parking passes have to be picked up and returned to Ward Realty. Text messages on arrival day say condo would be ready between 4:00 and 5:30. Then another text says to stop by realtor BEFORE 5 to get the passes. We were not getting there until after 5 so we proceeded to the condo. We were able to get in no problem but received a call from realtor around 5:30 stating passes had to be picked up that night or car would likely be towed. Not a huge issue but would have been nice to know I could have picked them up after 5 and could have swung by the office on my way to the condo instead of having to make a separate trip and fight traffic again. The realtor is right off the circle so with incoming beach traffic, a 3 mile drive took about 30 minutes. Most condos have the passes on premises.

Very nice place.

We stayed on Labor Day weekend and it was nice and not overly crowded. The property is right on the beach, with great access between the beach and pool. We rented top floor due to other reviews about noise from people staying in above floors. Still noisy though... every time a person below opened their patio door, it made a lot of noise. Our patio door was newer and rolled perfectly. The one below was older and obviously needed maintenance. Even people walking below or next door was definitely louder than expected. The unit had everything you could want, including a vintage video game machine. The bed was like sleeping in a cloud with nice overstuffed down pillows. No linens is a huge down side. Especially with the fact that this place is not cheap. I travel a great deal and I've never stayed at a place where linens weren't included. Whatever the excuse, it is not expectable. Especially when the rental company offers them at an additional cost! What are you expected to do? Go buy some? Bring them with you in your luggage? What's next.. a charge for running water? It took a few minutes to figure out the TV too with the 4 remotes and no instructions. Overall the property was very nice and would stay here again. The location and amenities are great. It is clean and comfortable. Just know what you should expect if you decide to stay here.
