Shhh!  Don't tell anyone but you earned a vacation at Playin Hooky! This absolutely charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in Topsail Beach has everything you need for a relaxing vacation for you and your family. The main part of this recently renovated home is all on one level, and it features a nice sun deck on the back. This cottage offers plenty of character with modern conveniences, so a vacation here will be worth getting caught!

Sweet Dreams: Linens (bed & bath) are included for all reservations 7 nights or longer

Back Bedroom - Queen Bed; Television (streaming only); & Private Bathroom with Tub/Shower

Location:

Your vacation home is located in Topsail Beach, just 7.4 miles south of the Surf City high rise bridge. You are close to a few shops, restaurants, and the Jolly Roger Pier in Topsail Beach and not too far away from the main business district on the island in Surf City!  Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital on the mainland and the Missiles and More Museum in Topsail Beach, which tells the story of our island's past.

Trip Preparation:

For shorter stays, you may bring your own linens or rent them through Ward Realty.

Great location at Topsail

The house was nice itself but there is no cable/satellite tv if you want to watch sports! We also encountered a problem with the showers in the house ( it has to be really hot to get water pressure). Also there was no grill to use at all! That was a huge drawback. If you can live without those 3 things than you’ll be fine.
