With beautiful ocean views, direct beach access, and a separate ground-level apartment, this home is perfect for families and groups looking to relax, reconnect, and make lasting beach memories.

    The main living level features a bright, comfortable gathering space with coastal décor and ocean views. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything needed for preparing vacation meals, with breakfast bar seating for six and a dining table for four. Four bedrooms and two full bathrooms are located on this level, including two oceanfront bedrooms and two sound-side bedrooms.

    The expansive oceanfront deck is the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee, soak up the sun, or unwind with the sound of the waves. With plenty of outdoor seating, lounge chairs, and both covered and open spaces, there's room for everyone to relax.

    A private walkway leads directly from the deck to the beach, making it easy to spend your days enjoying the sand and surf. Additional amenities include a gas grill, outdoor shower, and street-side porch with beautiful sound-side sunset views.

    Please Note: The separate ground-level apartment, is accessed through the garage. There is no interior staircase or direct interior access connecting the apartment to the main living level.

Enjoyed staying here. Bedrooms nice size, property description quite accurate, very large deck. Everything worked as needed. Plenty of linens were supplied. Would stay again

Excellent Beach House

This was a great home to stay in and we really enjoyed everything. There were some concerns with the wood on the back deck, but nothing that prevented us from having a terrific stay. Would definitely return to this home if we come back to Topsail.

Beautiful beach and views

We loved the large deck, the beach was a mile long at low tide (seemed like). Saw dolphins swimming up the shoreline. Had most everything we needed in the kitchen.

Great home with lots of space to gather - or to give self space-beautiful well stocked kitchen. View of beach is stunning and peaceful . So appreciated the efficiency of this beautiful home . Star lit nights on the deck are memories for sure !

Great stay!

Everything went very smooth! The house was so well stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need, which was important for us. Lication could not have been better! A wonderful visit!

Amazing house on the beach!

This was a amazing stay for us and our friends! The house had enough room and beds to accommodate all of us. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials. Amazing views and Gust service was quick to answer all questions and very friendly. Will definitely be booking another stay here in the future. Thank you Vacasa for a wonderful vacation the house was the cherry on the cake.

Its a cute old style home. A lot more space than we were expecting. It was clean with fresh linens on the beds and fresh towels. I will rent here again when we come back.

Great location!

We had a great time with easy access to the beach. Unknown to us, the big beautiful deck was under construction when we arrived. It was useable (and our favorite feature of the beach house), but there was a massive pile of lumbar and random nails throughout and we had to figure out the water/hose situation as it wasn’t operable at first. That aside, our stay really was great. House was clean and comfortable. This was our first time in Topsail and we would happily stay there again!

February Escape

We came down for a long weekend. House was great other than a few small quirks. The rooms were awesome and we lucked out with temps in the mid 60s. I do wish it had a bigger couch like an L shaped, but overall it was great. We will definitely be back.

Making Memories

We could not have chosen a more perfect place for our family’s winter vacation!! The location was great!! There was plenty of rooms and space. Even though it was cold, we spent a lot of time walking on the beach!! The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The house was very clean when we got there. My husband and I stayed in the little apartment downstairs. It was perfect for us!! We definitely will be staying here again!!

Summer daze

We had a overall good time. Theres a few things I would say need work on. The walk to the beach was decent and easy to get to the beache. The house was in excellent condition besides few spots in the floor that could be fixed. But overall great experience and definitely would rent again in the future!! Kids had a blaste and that to us is all that matters.

Family Vacation

We brought our family together for Thanksgiving week. There was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook for the week. We absolutely loved the beach access! Even though it was cool, we spent a lot of time on the beach walking and collecting shells. The facility is clean and well-maintained. We loved everything about it!!

Upkeep

The house was amazing but definitely needed some major upgrades. The deck had several weak spots where it felt like you would fall through. Also some of the chairs were falling apart. It didn't have much of a selection of pots and pans. But it was very spacious with a great layout and a short walk to the beach.

Nice location, issues with Vacasa.

When we got there, the microwave did not work. Called Vacasa, was told they knew it needed repair, they would send someone over to give us a counter top for use. That was Monday, nobody ever showed up, we left Friday. The internet stopped working and they claimed they would take care of it. It didn’t start working until Friday just before we left. Several texts back and forth with the issues, and was told the local mgr would call, never did. Will never rent a place again managed by Vacasa.
