The Neighborhood:
This is located in a fun neighborhood, with 24-hour surveillance. There is parking for about 2 cars. We are located 15 minutes from a hospital, walking trails, playgrounds, and picnic areas, and many great dining options.
Getting Around:
You will likely want your own form of transportation.
Interaction with Guests:
I am available via message through the site. You will be able to check in whenever you arrive without in-person contact as you will be sent a personal entry code for the Smart Lock located on the front door.

Please be mindful of our quiet hours to respect our neighbors, and we kindly ask that you treat our space with care, as if it were your own. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.
To comply with town ordinance rules, we allow a maximum of 2 cars per stay. Any additional vehicles, there are paid parking 1/4 mile South. Otherwise, will be subject to towing at the owner's expense. Please be mindful not to block any neighbors’ driveways.
We DON'T allow Pets. No smoking, violation is $300. A security camera is installed overlooking the entryway for security & insurance purposes. If you have any special requests or need local recommendations, feel free to reach out; we’re here to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
