Surf Condos pool open April 1 - October 31 (pending required annual inspections)

This oceanfront Surf Condo 812, situated on the first floor of building 8, has been recently renovated and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. It offers a balcony with stunning ocean views, a private carport with two parking spaces, and a spacious outdoor communal pool complete with a sundeck and gazebo. Inside, you'll find a washer and dryer for your convenience. The unit accommodates up to six guests, providing everything needed for an enjoyable vacation on Topsail Island. As you enter this freshly upgraded condo, you're greeted by delightful coastal decor. The master bedroom includes a queen bed, a 50-inch smart 4K TV, and a private half-bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for those who wish to prepare their own meals, which can be enjoyed at the breakfast bar or the dining table. The expansive living area features a queen sleeper sectional sofa and continues the island theme, offering plenty of seating for relaxation while watching the 70-inch smart 4K TV or taking in the ocean view. After experiencing the sights and sounds of this oceanfront community, unwind on your deck overlooking the ocean, soak in the sunshine, and revel in the breathtaking water views. This will undoubtedly be a memorable vacation experience! Centrally located in Surf City, this condominium community is near a variety of attractions you’ll want to explore during your getaway, including the Surf City Pier, unique boutiques and shops, local eateries, seafood markets, and more. Plus, the beach is just a short walk away, providing easy private access to the sandy shores of the Atlantic Ocean. Additional community amenities include grilling areas with picnic tables, gated security, and attendants to ensure that the amenities remain exclusive to Surf Condo guests.

Excellent!

We loved this place! We didnt wanna leave when it was time to go. Check in/check lut was easy, and the property managers communicated very well throuought the entire process.

Easter on the beach

The location was great, ocean front with a balcony that had a nice table, 2 chairs, extra chairs and a swing. The walkway to the beach was very close. The kitchen was well stocked. Bathroom configuration was a little odd, but it worked for the 2 of us. Parking was very convenient. We enjoyed our stay and will return to the area.

Breathtaking view

You cannot beat the oceanfront views. It was fabulous to sit on the deck and take in the beautiful Surf City. The property management communication was perfect and very helpful. The condo was exactly as stated. We look forward to returning.

Location, Location, Location!

This is our second time staying at this property and we absolutely love it. Unit has everything you need if you're doing your own cooking and also has a washer and dryer which came in handy this trip because we stayed longer. Right on ocean front, beautiful view all day long.

Love Surf City!

The stay was great. There was still some masking tape and places where you could see painting was being completed. Stool was left out by whoever was painting. Overall, great visit

Beach weekend

Overall the property was wonderfulWe had issues with the WiFi that caused several hours of troubleshooting and issues. The owner had put in a personal router without sharing info with the reality company. Once the correct information was relayed no other issues were present.

Larkin visit

Staying in NC is very different from a New England getaway. We never had to rent linens before, and there were no sand chairs on this on the beach location. Another missing item was a hairdryer. I owned a summer home on Cape Cod for years and all these items plus bikes were available for my renters. Just a thought for the future. The ocean view was amazing. We enjoyed many hours on the deck’

Beautiful View

The updates that were made the property were appreciated but the workmanship could have been better. The outside railing on the porch needs replacing/repaired. The swing was not safe to sit on due to rust. The internet was almost nonexistent. The instructions for operating the technology need to be updated and made very clear. It would have been helpful to state to bring movie DVDs. Most important--the entrance door and frame needs to be replaced. It is not secure. It could very easily be kicked/pushed open. The view and beach were amazing. The beach access and shower off area were very convenient. The property was well maintained. We appreciated having the carport parking. The people we came in contact with were very friendly. Everything we needed--food, gas, shopping--was easily accessible. This was our first visit to Topsail Island and it was a very positive experience. We hope to return in the future.

Great condo!

This was a great find for us as it was just what we were looking for as location on the beach and island. Very well kept gated, property with nice amenities. Condo had everything we needed. My only suggestion: it would have been nice to have a bath mat in the bathroom outside the tub/shower area. (As we chose to bring our own linens), I just would not have thought to bring that!

Beautiful ocean view

Beautiful ocean view;nice furniture, carpet and drapes First floor is a big plus. BUT the surface clean performed between renters is just not good enough. Baseboards and shoe moulding dirty and worse, bathtub is stained and not clean. The tub and the surround needs either refinishing or replaced. Also, big pile of baked on grease in floor of oven. Written instructions on operating TV remotes would be helpful.

Oceanfront perfection

This unit is on the first floor of the condo building, one short flight of steps to the door, maybe 12 or so. It is also one of a handful of units that face the ocean directly. Deck off the living room has a high table and chairs so you have a perfect view. The beach is very easy to get to. Wood ramp and then some steps to get down to the sand. Lots of walking space and the water was very nice!!! Lots of pots, dishes and silverware if you choose to cook yourself. We really enjoyed our stay and hope any storms leave this building alone, we would love to go back and get that same unit!!

Nothing to do

There wasn’t really anything for the kids to do other than be in the pool or be on the beach. We even had trouble finding restaurants to eat at we ate at a McDonald’s twice which normally on vacation we would never do that. This location seems to be more for the older crowd who just want to sit on the beach and enjoy the ocean and sand.

At the location our patio was facing the ocean front and seeing the sun coming up and going down was a real aight to see. Management was helpful and ready to answer your questions furthermore prompt to help with issues that may come up. Recommended...
