Nestled in the heart of Surf City, this condominium community is ideally situated near a variety of local attractions that you're likely to want to explore during your getaway, including the Surf City Pier, charming shops and boutiques, fresh seafood markets, and eateries. Most importantly, the stunning beach is just steps away from your doorstep! A short stroll from the condo will lead you to private community access to the pristine sandy beaches of the Atlantic Ocean. The property also boasts several amenities, such as an outdoor pool (please inquire about availability), a sun deck, and a gazebo, as well as a convenient onsite laundry facility and off-street parking. Attendants and security personnel are on hand to guarantee that these exclusive amenities are reserved for Surf Condo guests (during peak season)!

This unit, situated in Building 7, provides easy access to the beach. It accommodates up to four people, ensuring that guests have everything needed for a memorable vacation. The living area opens onto an oceanside deck, offering spectacular views of the Atlantic and its crashing waves. The primary bedroom features a Queen bed and a private full bath. Upstairs, you'll find another bedroom with a King bed. After immersing yourself in the sights and sounds of this oceanfront setting, relax on your ocean-facing deck, bask in the sun, and take in the stunning water vistas! This will undoubtedly be a vacation that you will cherish forever!

Loved Mama Caye!

We have visited Topsail Island several times and this was the best condo experience we have had. The amenities were perfect - the decor the outdoor furniture, the owners truly thought of everything ensuring their guests have a wonderful vacation. THANK YOU

Not a good experience

Our stay at the property started with the property manager giving us the wrong code for the door lock. It took over an hour of sitting in our car trying to get someone to call us back to get the correct code. The stay and the condo overall were fine but after our stay we received an email that we were being charged an additional 250 dollars because we had an “unauthorized pet” in the condo. We ABSOLUTELY DID NOT have a pet on the property at any time. We attempted to contact the management company for an explanation through both phone and email and didn’t receive a response! Extremely disappointed in both the owners of this property and the management company and will not be staying here again!

Perfect location and great condo. On the beach and close to shopping and food options. The condo was very nicely decorated and everything was well maintained. It was the perfect place for our stay.

Surf Condos

We love this location! The view is phenomenal! My boys loved how easy it was to transition from beach to pool! Very close to the pier, surf shops, abc store, food lion and hot diggity dog stand! Added bonus is it’s a gated condo complex!
