Staff seemed like they hated their jobs. Information on pool access was lacking (you cannot access until check in time on your check in day) and day passes have black out days. The first room I was given had dirty laundry on the chair. The second room I was given had a broken window that was taped that I didn't find until the next morning, but that explained why it was on the cold side.

Everything was great. Comfortable beds, plenty of extra blankets and pillows if needed. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner. Liked the decor. Fireplace was nice to cozy up to. We all had a great time, looking forward to coming back soon.
