Check in dauerte viel zu lange, weil nur eine Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption. Das führte zu einer Stunde sinnlos geopferter Zeit. Wenn erst ab 15 Uhr eingecheckt werden kann, dann bitte eine effizientere Variante bieten. Die Bar war zu dieser Zeit natürlich auch nicht besetzt. Ansonsten alles gut, ...
