Step outside and have direct access to the spacious private fenced in yard with a large in ground pool and built in fireplace. Enjoy the day swimming in the heated pool and end the evening around the fire.

From sunshine-filled afternoons to enchanting evenings under the stars, the outdoor spaces offers the ultimate blend of fun, relaxation, and natural beauty. When it's time to head back indoors for the day, there is a wide selection of board games to choose from in the lower level recreation area along with an air hockey table for enjoyment.



The pool will be open from Memorial Day weekend through the weekend after Labor Day.

Parking:

Woodcliff Cottage offers parking for up to 3 cars. There is one parking spot available in the garage and two in the driveway.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire property. With our keyless entry, you can enjoy a flexible check-in any time after the designated check-in time on your arrival date and guests can conveniently gain access via the smart lock.

The Neighborhood:

This home is located in a peaceful and residential neighborhood tucked away at the end of the street. The location is centrally located between Holland and Saugatuck. It is the perfect location to enjoy both Michigan beachtowns of Holland and Saugatuck.



While staying at an Upscale Lakeshore vacation home, you will enjoy nearby access to Lake Michigan and all the unsalted coast has to offer. Whether it’s spring, summer, fall and or winter, there is something for everyone to enjoy! From hiking and mountain biking to kayaking and paddle boarding, there are plenty of outdoor activities to choose from. And if you are visiting during the winter months, be sure to try out a wintery hike at the beach, snowshoeing and or cross-country skiing along the lakeshore.



With streets made for biking, miles of sidewalks and paths this is an ideal spot to explore. Once you’re done exploring the outdoors for the day, experience a plethora of eateries and boutiques in either Downtown Holland or a short drive over to Saugatuck/Douglas. Enjoy being able to disconnect all while still being under a short drive into town and to the beaches of Lake Michigan.

All Upscale Lakeshore vacation rentals follow local and state tax rules. Your booking will include applicable taxes, a cleaning fee along with a safety and damage protection policy. We want to ensure the safety and security of our guests and properties. When you book a vacation home with us, you will be required to sign a rental agreement after booking along with completing a verification process. To complete the verification, you will be contacted via email and/or text message. Please be sure to complete this before your arrival, so we can confirm your reservation. Prior to booking, please reach out to us directly if you would like to see the rental agreement.



The pools are cleaned weekly by a professional local company. Upscale Lakeshore strives to maintain the pools in working condition for the enjoyment of our guests. Despite our best efforts, circumstances beyond our control, such as heater malfunctions, excessive debris from surrounding trees (a skimmer is provided onsite to assist with the nature debris), cloudy water, poor weather conditions, etc., may occur. Please note that compensation will not be provided in such instances.



We recommend securing travel insurance to protect your investment should you need to cancel your reservation outside of the allotted window or due to inclement weather or any other factor.
