Singapore Stable - Two Bedroom Cottage, Sleeps 4

This Quaint 2 bedroom cottage is part of Saugatuck history as Structure that was moved from the town of Singapore. Renovated down to the studs in 2019 with all the updated and amentities of a new home, central heat, central AC, Dishwasher, washer and dryer, outdoor webber gas grill. This two bedroom home has two bedrooms upstairs with queen size beds Which brings the capacity of this cottage to 4. Stay in and prepare dinner in the full size kitchen, outfitted with granite countertops, gas stove and full size refrigerator or walk to any of the great restaurants downtown Saugatuck. There is a round table in a small dining room for for and room for two more at the island. There is a full size bathroom on the main level with a walk in shower. The living room has a 50" tv outfitted with a soundbar for your entertainment. After a full day out come back to the cottage and relax in the private 4 person hot tub. This Quaint little cottage has it all.

Rental Rules (RULES ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED):

1.) All of our rentals are non-smoking.
2.) You and your guests are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items.
3.) No boats or trailers are to be parked at our rental properties. Tents of any kind are not allowed.
There is parking 2 vehicles and you must park in the drive. Please do NOT block the sidewalk or you will be towed. Parking is also allowed in any legal public parking spot on the street.
4.) Do not move the furniture.
5.) Each cottage has a maximum number of guests that is listed on this contract you must verify that it is correct. That number is not to be exceeded - this includes children and adults. For fire safety, we are required to limit the number in each home. If additional people are found to be staying at the cottage the entire group will be asked to vacate with no refund. Inflatable mattresses or alternative sleeping other than pack n plays or cribs are not allowed. Tents are also not allowed on the property.
6.) Pets are not permitted. If a pet is on the property then there will be a $1500 fee and it will be required that the owner board the pet immediately.
7.) Damages are to be reported during your stay. If we find damage after you vacate, you authorize the charge to your credit card for replacement or repair or provide another credit card number, pay by cash or check. Damages reported upon arrival will not be guests' responsibility.
8.) Cleaners will come to the cottage after you have departed - they will not visit to clean, change linens, or replace towels during your stay. Please contact the office should you need assistance during your stay regarding any cleaning items.
9.) Grills are to be cleaned after each use.
10.) Quiet time is after 10pm nightly. We do not tolerate loud groups and college like parties anytime of the day or night. Drinking games are not allowed on the property. Neighbors must NOT hear you inside or outside the cottage after 10pm.
11.) You are at least 25 years old and will be able to verify with valid identification during your stay if needed.
12.) Weddings and formal events are NOT permitted on our properties, if there is found to be a formal event on the property the entire group will be asked to vacate the property with a no refund. It is acceptable to have a visitors during the day hours but that number can not be more than 1.5 times the maximum occupancy of the cottage.
13.) No more than 4 people in the hot tub at a time. Please rinse of all oils and lotions before entering the hot tub as the filter will not be able to keep up. KIDS CAN NOT BE IN THE HOT TUB WITOUT AN ADULT! Hot tub towels are provided. Neighbor is close and must not hear you outside after 10pm. Please do not use bath towels for hot tub.

15.) No fireworks at the property at any time.
*Disclosure: There may be cameras with sound at outside entrances of cottages ONLY.

These rules are strictly enforced due to NEW city and township ordinances. This contract is the only warning you will get. If any rules are not followed all local fines, security deposits and any other charges will be charged to guest and the entire group will be asked to vacate the property. This communication is necessary so that your vacation experience is a good one for your group and our neighboring community. Please ENJOY your stay!
