  • Getting ready to be WOWED by the Kitchen/Dining/Living room remodel currently in place. 2 NEW dishwashers, new wine refrig and new cabinetry with hardwood floors refinished and a new tiled bathroom!!

    This is well-equipped for a work-from-home space, high-speed internet with desk and office chair.

    Beautifully remodeled, spacious home, with modern furnishing and well-kept property.

    The kitchen is fully-equipped for cooking, new refrigerator, microwave, stove, coffee pot, blender, toaster, large space for cooking with an additional butler's pantry.
    This 4 bedroom unit has its own private access, a space of its own in a very large house. (upper level)

    2 master bedrooms with full bathroom, towels and blow dryer included.

    This has a stunning view of the river and is located just over a mile from beautiful Douglas and 2 miles from Saugatuck. if you're adventurous, you are just under a 1/2 mile from Mount Baldhead Park where you can challenge yourself to 282 steps to enjoy the gorgeous view of Lake Michigan. If you continue your journey you can relish the amazing Oval Beach (just a mile from the property) top 10 beaches in the U.S. Live it up in downtown Saugatuck with all the great shopping and so many fabulous restaurants to choose from. We are a short walking distance to the Chain Ferry (3-minute walk), and many hiking trails just off of Park St.

Beautiful view and perfect location

Perfect location for us to stay between my daughter in Holland and daughter in Grand Rapids and attending a wedding in Allegan. The view was grand and minutes to the beach and downtown Saugatuck. Very spacious. We will definitely stay again.

Great location and view!

It was really nice waking up to a picturesque view of the Kalamazoo River just steps from the Mt Baldy Steps and the Saugatuck Chain Ferry so we could visit the historic district and all the cute shops and restaurants without having to drive. Spacious house with great amenities!

Good location, very clean and roomy. Very comfortable beds. The home is well equipped. The bathrooms are a bit outdated and could use privacy doors within the bathrooms. Denise was responsive and gave good recommendations. Overall a great location and a very good place to stay.

Great location between beach and town

We had a great stay during our trip to Saugatuck. The property is in a great location with easy access via the chain ferry to town, a lovely view of the river, and an easy drive or hike to the beach. The place was spotless and beautifully decorated. It accommodated our party of 9 perfectly. We enjoyed mornings on the balcony and roasted marshmallows our first night outside in the fire pit. Overall, a great stay!

First… we fell in love with Saugatuck! The location of Denise’s house was very convenient (wish the ferry stayed open past Labor Day but we had no problem without it!) The house was perfect for us! Very clean and well stocked. Plenty of seating and bedrooms very comfortable! Thank you Denise
