Modern & Spacious Holland home with a hot tub, pool table, fire pit and more!


Holland Hideaway is the perfect destination to spend time with family or friends creating lasting memories! Our renovated and spacious home has a comfy feel with a modern spin. The lower level offers a large open living space including a well appointed kitchen, dining area that seats 12+ using the large gathering table and island. Attached 3 season porch welcomes you for your morning cup of coffee or after dinner glass of wine. This is also where you find the all season hot tub. For sleeping, the lower level includes a large master bedroom suite with a king size bed, and a bunk room with a twin over full set up.

The upper level is a large family room with a television, fireplace, arcade basketball game and lots of room for playing any of the many board games provided. Adjacent to this family room are 3 large bedrooms; 2 with queen size beds (one of these had attached full bathroom) and one with 4 twin beds.

The garage has been converted to a game room/bar area. Here you can cap off your day playing pool, watching a sporting event, or visiting with friends. Open the garage door on a nice day, and spread out the lawn chairs on the driveway to expand the "Man-Cave" or "She-Shed." The backyard is equipped with a built-in firepit and numerous Adirondack chairs. If you have little ones in your group, you'll appreciate the play structure we've provided for them :)

If you plan to venture out, this area of Michigan has so much to offer! The city of Holland itself has it all, from boutiques, restaurants, shopping and hiking, along with numerous fun festivals scattered throughout the year. Our home is perfectly located to enjoy the surrounding cities West Michigan has to offer. We are only 15 minutes from Saugatuck, 30 minutes from South Haven, 30 minutes from Grand Haven and 45 minutes from Grand Rapids and Grand Rapids Airport! Lake Macatawa is at the end of the street where you can rent all kinds of watercraft to spend the day on the lake (pontoon boats, speedboats, kayaks, standup paddle boards and more!) Our home itself is located in a quiet neighborhood with sidewalks for walking or running, or venture to the Sanctuary Woods Preserve located a short distance from our doorstep for a beautiful day of hiking. In under 10 minutes, you can be at Laketown Beach on Lake Michigan to spend the day in the sun or bring a bottle of wine and catch the perfect sunset! We are looking forward to hosting your next adventure at our cozy hideaway in beautiful Holland Michigan!

Exceptional property. Every convenience item and plenty of space. Cooking large meals was no issue with a fully stocked kitchen. Two sets of a washer/dryer combo was so useful. All areas were comfortable and well maintained. Will definitely stay again.

The house had so much to do that we never left the property. The kitchen and dining area was spacious enough for all 12 people to gather around, though we could still talk to people who were sitting in the 4-season room as well. The hot tub, pool table, and other games was enough to keep us entertained all weekend so we never felt the need to go into town to visit any bars. The bedrooms were good sized and having 3 full showers for a large group was also nice. The hosts thought of everything! Our groups enjoyed the weekend.

We really enjoyed our stay! The space was perfect for two families (plenty of beds) and our kids loved the basketball game and hot tub. The location is great for exploring all things Holland and Saugatuck. The house was clean and updated. We appreciated all the extras too (detergent, coffee, liquid hand soap, plenty of towels, etc.). We would definitely stay here again.

Everything in the description is accurate---the owners take good care of this property and are very accessible and responsive! We will definitely be back again to enjoy Holland and Saugatuck...and hopefully over the summer! PS--most houses are well water and you will smell it but you will get used to it and the water is safe to drink!

Such a great house in a great location. The owner is also so sweet and so quick to respond when needed. Our family wanted to spend some time together before the holidays get crazy and it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy each others company. We also loved the hot tub and all the small added bonuses like the great selection of DVD’s to spark conversation and board games. Plenty of space for us all to hang out and comfortable for our baby as well. Highly recommend!

A group of 8 women spent the weekend in the area attending wine tours to celebrate a 40th birthday. The house was perfect! We had plenty of room and it was fun space to hang out in in downtime. Location was wonderful, the wine tour company we used picked us up and dropped of off. Area was so fun, great shopping and food about 10 mins away from home. Host was great at communicating. We’d stay again!

So grateful to be able to make lasting memories with my family in such a beautiful home. It was cozy and welcoming and we wish we had more time to enjoy all of the great amenities! Communication with the owners was above and beyond awesome! The backyard was a highlight to be able to unwind and take in the fresh air and even see several deer! Enough space for everyone, late night movie watching, and fireside chats. Holland is a beautiful town. You’ll love it here!
