Beautiful and expansive, this home is perfect for the whole family. Teens will love the game room above the garage, offering Ping-Pong, foosball, cornhole, and an oversized leather couch. Adults will love the screened porch overlooking the lake steps from the house. And children will practically live on the sandy beach or enjoy the playground, the volleyball court, horseshoes, and shuffleboard.

Nearby Schultz Park in Douglas offers pickleball and tennis. Be sure to check out the farmers market at the Saugatuck Art Center, and spend an afternoon wandering around the charming village. There are so many wonderful places to eat locally. You'll also have the Clearbrook Golf Club half a mile away, the Saugatuck Chain Ferry within two miles, and Oval Beach within three.

Boasting three floors, this home has a large primary bedroom and a private bathroom on the main floor. The lake walkout floor downstairs has a living area with cable TV, a French-themed bedroom, and a laundry room. The upstairs has two bedrooms: one with a lake view and one facing the woods. There are three different outdoor areas to congregate, all offering comfortable seating.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
