Beautiful 2021 new construction home in town!

New construction (2021) 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home “on the hill” in Saugatuck! Home boasts open first-floor plan with large front porch and back deck, custom kitchen and bathrooms with quartz counters, granite wet bar with beverage fridge, and even a mudroom with built-in cubbies for all the summer beachgoing essentials. Rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower, hook up your music to the outdoor Bluetooth speakers, and enjoy indoor/outdoor living with a new grill and full wall of sliding glass doors overlooking the rear deck and yard. All-new outdoor furniture includes Adirondack chairs in front, comfy club seats in back, and a dining set that seats six. Home includes a full-sized washer, dryer, and dishwasher.

Sleeping arrangements include one queen bed in the master suite, another queen bed in the second bedroom, two twin beds in the third bedroom, and a daybed with trundle in the 4th bedroom. 4th bedroom also includes a desk for those needing a spot to work. The home has full baths in the master suite and upstairs, and a half bath on the first level. Please note no pets or smoking are allowed.

Home is located "on the hill" just a couple short blocks from downtown Saugatuck, allowing guests to walk to restaurants, bars, shops, galleries, river boat rentals, and the lovely downtown playground. The Saugatuck high school tennis courts, track, football/soccer field, and baseball diamond are just steps from the back door.

Home is owned by long-time Saugatuck visitors who have finally built their dream vacation home and are excited to share it with you. You'll find games, books, tennis rackets, beach towels, and thoughtful design features that make this home perfect for a Saugatuck getaway!

Beautiful home and great location!

We stayed here for a girls weekend and the house and location were absolutely perfect. We had 7 adults, plenty of space and beds. All of the rooms have great closets and bathrooms that accommodated all our stuff. The yard is beautiful. Best of all, the location in Saugatuck is walking distance to everything. We will definitely return here!

3rd stay!

Excellent property! Spacious, comfortable and very clean. This was our third stay here and it was as great as the first. It’s located just a few blocks from town, so only a short walk to the action without the commotion of staying in town. Our host, John, was easy to contact and very responsive to questions.

Wonderful Home Away from Home

House was very comfortable and pleasing to be in. We also enjoyed the outdoor patio. Walking distance to downtown Saugatuck was great. Some of the walking paths were easier than others especially for those with vision or leg impairments. Everything in the house made us feel like we were at home.

Amazing vacation home

We are in love with this home. We stayed with our young kids and family and they were ecstatic about the playground within walking distance, the basketball court behind the property, close vicinity to the beach and downtown area and all the kid friendly books/games/sand toys provided by the owners. The house itself is beautiful, very clean (important since we have a crawling infant), beds are comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. We will definitely be back!

Girls Weekend

The home and property were one of the most well cared properties I have ever stayed at. The girls weekend is something that we do annually. We’ve seen a lot of different homes, this one was truly one of the most comfortable and with the least amount of concerns . It was so easy to walk down to dinner and walk back to the house every night. The owner was very responsive, polite, and easy to deal with. I would love to come back and so would my friends! Perfect location, perfect home ,perfect weekend.

Wonderful stay in Saugatuck

We had a wonderful stay for our girls' weekend at this home in Saugatuck. The location is great -- close to everything. We barely used our vehicle! The home was lovely and cozy, and we spent a ton of time out on the back patio -- mornings with our coffee (where we even got to recite the pledge of allegiance with the school PA system one morning) and evenings with a glass of wine. All the amenities were available, even beach items from our trip to Tunnel Beach. The host was very responsible and promptly attended to a minor issue we had, not affected our stay at all. Thank you! One note: the master bedroom bed frame sticks out somewhat more than the mattress, and it was very easy to whack that very hard wooden frame with your leg and I and another guest have a few bruises as a result. Perhaps some padding might be helpful there.

Fantastic Family Wedding

We were in for a family wedding, my 89 year old parents, my wife and sister and brother in law. Plenty of room to visit and relax comfortably. Great kitchen and dining room. Back porch and yard were ideal for grandkids and family to stop by visit. Tennis courts at school were used for pickleball. Will try to use this property again!!!!

Pure Perfection!

Our group of 7 women stayed in this beautiful home for an extended girls' weekend. This home was absolutely perfect for us. It is practically new (having been built in 2021), extremely clean, and fully accessorized. The owner, John, could not have been nicer or more responsive to our questions. We opted to have breakfast in every day and took a shopping break to have lunch at the house as well. The location is perfect for walking downtown! We especially enjoyed the outdoor deck. We had coffee on the deck every morning and ate dinner outside on the deck our first night in the home. We had everything we needed to make morning smoothies and enjoy evening wine and snacks. We are already thinking about a repeat visit next year.

Perfect home!

This property was truly amazing! It is beautiful, clean, wonderful location just a quick easy and pretty walk to all the spots, and the owner was incredibly kind and attentive!
