Very welcoming and comfortable home

Communication with the owner was excellent; anything we inquired about was addressed immediately. The neighborhood and property were absolutely amazing, especially all of the birds (parrots for sure!), squirrels, alligator (when we got lucky), etc. Excellent hosts and well worth our month's stay there. Will definitely stay in this area again!

It Doesn't Get Any Better Than This!!

My husband and I stayed there with family and we couldn't have been happier! The place was spacious and beautiful, and had everything needed. We played games that they had there and used their reference guides to identify species of birds. The location is very close to grocery and clothing stores, restaurants, and beaches! The biggest thrill was watching the wildlife around the water right from the living room, bedroom, or dock! We saw many kinds of birds, including blue heron, crane, egrets, parrots, and a bald eagle; and also many geckos, squirrels, and ducks. The most amazing thing to watch, was the alligator!! Wow! We got a close look at it several times, while feeling very safe, due to the wall and fence.  Sunrise is worth waking up for to hear and see all the birds waking up and flying over the water.  It was so peaceful and beautiful!!! In real estate, it's all about location, location, location, and at this place, you have it all! You can have the best vacation without ever leaving the house!  I'd like to thank our wonderful host for sharing her home and for also being quick to respond to my texts. We all had a fantastic week. Thank you! I would most definitely recommend this place and I truly hope to return!

My husband and I were in town to work the 2 most recent Hurricanes. We really enjoyed our stay. The host Bethany was amazing to work with! 10/10 recommend!

Little piece of paradise within paradise

This was our first time in this area as we typically stay on AMI or south of AMI. The house was in a great location…close to several different beaches, nature reserves, grocery stores, and great food. We visited Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks (approximately a 15-20 min drive from property) several times for food, shopping, and an off shore fishing excursion. The property itself was clean and the backyard provided wonderful views of the lake and wildlife. The neighborhood was quiet with hardly any traffic. The beds and couches were very comfortable for lounging/napping. The property was stocked with many amenities, including towels, beach towels, extra bedding/pillows, an ample amount of toilet paper (we have been left with 1 roll to cover 7 days before), fishing poles, tackle, bikes, outdoor fire pit, and lots of board/card games. The property owner was great with communication prior to our visit and even offered her personal number just in case we needed anything during our stay. Needless to say, we will definitely be back! Thanks again for the wonderful experience!

Spring break

We arrived March 1 and found the property was just like the pictures from VRBO. Place was very clean and made it easy to start our vacation for over a month. There were TV's in every room and had access to all inter-net providers. The confusing issue was from our TV provider at home(Spectrum) to understanding the You-Tube service. We were provided the necessary info from the owner to adapt ourselves to the features of viewing the local TV channels. My wife and I are seniors and found the main bath tub had a depth that required a high entrance to get in and there were no bath mat of antislip pieces on the floor. I had to use the garage shower with a low entrance to be safe. Each day we enjoyed the deck on the water in very quiet neighborhood

Holiday, Fla., Waterfront House

Alligators, turtles, egrets & more. Fishing off the dock, bicycles & friendly neighbors in a quiet neighborhood. Close to stores & restaurants. Host provided more amenities than any other rental we’ve ever booked & was an outstanding communicator. Lots of extras were included. House was tastefully furnished & welcoming. Definitely a 5-star rental.

Wonderful experience!

Wonderful home, so comfortable, neat & clean. Great location. Loved having the deck on the water to be able to watch all the cool birds. Owner was very quick to respond to any needs we had and was super nice. Everything about our stay was great, would recommend to anyone. We will forsure stay again.

Just perfect! close to a grocery (and fast food too.) Able to travel to see all kinds of great things within minutes. Then come back to relax with a glass of wine Friendly neighbors, felt very safe!

Perfect spot

A very clean, comfortable home away from home rental. The Host Bethany was very nice and helpful. It has everything you need. Just bring your clothes and food and your fishing gear. I will definitely be back!!!!!!

Awesome place!

What a great value! The home and location was perfect for our vacation. Just a short drive to all of activities we had scheduled. The view out the back of the house was beautiful! Check in/out was extremely easy. The host was very courteous and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again if we make it back to the area.

Relaxing Stay

Great stay in Tarpon Springs

A very clean and comfortable house. We had a great stay in this clean and well equipped home. The home has a great view out to the waterfront and is in a very quiet neighborhood.
