"안타까운 마음에 후기 남깁니다. 일단 객실구조가 비효율적입니다. 조금 답답한 느낌이 들고요. 조명도 환하지가 않아서 어두컴컴해요. 창가에 먼지도 엄청 많고요. 바닥이 끈적해서 정기적으로 스팀청소기로 바닥관리해주시면 좋을 것 같아요. 그리고 욕실 샤워실에 곰팡이가 피어 있었는데 홈스타 곰팡이싹 으로 제거하시면 조씁니다. 그리고 샤워실 해바라기 수전이 없는 채로 있어서 이건 객실팀에 요청해서 설치 후 사용이 가능했고요. 냉장고에 성에가 가득 끼어서 냉장고가 제기능을 못해서 결국 성에를 다 녹이니 제대로 작동하더라고요. 주기적으로 ..."

"우선 입구와 실내가 구분되어 있지 않아 당황했습니다. 신발을 신고 안쪽 온돌방까지 쭉~ 연결되어 있는 구조였습니다. 와이파이도 연결되지 않는 숙소는 처음이었네요. 공간은 넓고, 화장실도 2개라 좋았던 점도 있지만... 4인기준이라 생각했는데... 제가 실수한건지 침구가 부족해 인당 2만원 추가요금 결제했습니다."

"The private pool I got in both times smelled like fungus. I don't know how they clean that after each guest. During my 2nd stay, there was a power outage overnight, and my AC broke, so I ended up getting a downgraded room."
