What a fantastic stay! Brilliant apartment, beautifully equipped and spotlessly clean. Perfect location with easy access to the beach and restaurants using our hire car. Looking forward to visiting again next year!

Nice 2 bedroom ground floor unit. Sugar Hill has 2 pools and a great restaurant called Deck. Everything is well kept. Host was very responsive to our requests which really helped make our stay pleasurable

Property ideally located and was clean and comfortable throughout. Any questions/issues dealt with promptly by property manager. Would suggest updating dome of the Information in the folder in the property. Also be aware that there is no housekeeping/change of linens included. Available at extra cost. However, washer/dryer available in the property to use.

Incredible Experience and Stay

Loved the space, much larger than in the picture and just incredible value for the cost. All on site staff were so helpful and sweet. The food on the resort was also amazing. Great location close to a lot and loved that there was free parking. 1000/10 recommend

Very good condo with all amenities

Cheryl, our on site manager, was incredible! She always kept us informed about the condo. We found driving a car was pretty challenging because of the lack of street signs. We asked Cheryl if she could drive with us to the airport. She said yes and she was an excellent navigator. She refused the money we offered her for assisting us! She is a very good person!It was nice to be near the pool, and the ac and fans kept us cool. The washer and dryer, as well as the full kitchen, were excellent. We were disappointed to learn that the restaurant did not serve breakfast. That was something that we wanted, so we drove to a nearby hotel and ate there. Hence, the very good rating.We would stay here again.

Better cookware and more hand towels

We had a great stay with a minor hiccup with the shower. The thermostat needed to be replaced but Cheryl, our onsite manager handled things in a very timely manner and resolved the issue. We like to make our own meals so I would offer that the cookware and pots/pans need an upgrade. But it was manageable. There was only one hand towel in the bathroom so another would have been nice. We would recommend and want to return next year. Great stay!

Back in Paradise

The property and grounds were beautiful and as advertised and the villa met all our needs. Being slightly handicapped the ground floor accomodations were perfect for accessing the pool. We rented a car for our stay and you would definitely need one if staying in this location. The villas, pools and grounds are immaculately looked after. The people on the premises are very friendly and we would like to give a big shout out to Cheryl, our property manager, who went above and beyond and answered all our questions during booking time.

Exactly what we wanted

We stayed here previously hence our return. It was perfect for us with a well equipped property for all our cooking needs and having really comfortable living area with air conditioned bedrooms and fans in all rooms. Option of a few swimming pools and sun lounging areas. Access to the Fairmont beach loungers is also another great option.

Lovely Apartment in Beautiful Sugar Hill

We've stayed at Sugar Hill before and never tire of it. The staff are all so friendly and attentive, the pools are immaculate and never busy; the gym a great asset. The location is ideal for Holetown and the stunning west coast beaches, but also a great base to reach out across the island.The apartment is ground floor at the end of the block and has a lovely view from the kitchen plus easy access across the lawn to one of the swimming pools.Cheryl looked after us from the moment we arrived, checking we had all we needed. A minor internet issue was sorted quickly. The apartment has everything needed. Highly recommended.

Amazing stay at sugar hill

Wonderful stay at sugar hill , I can only say that the photos on vrbo just do not do the property itself or its surroundings justice , the accommodation was so lovely and the facilities at sugar hill such as the pools and the restaurant and bars were just wonderful with friendly staff , I went with my husband and three year old son and it was perfect to have the two pools on site as well as being a short drive from many amazing beaches , a holiday of a life time we will not forget , Barbados is beautiful , Cheryl was a great host , who cared about the enjoyment of our stay and had plenty of info in the property about places to visit and eat , really seamless experience from start to finish , the bonus was access to the Fairmont hotel beach which has a lovely beach which we could take advantage of ! Thank you Cheryl we would love to come back again !

Chris and Cheryl’s apartment was perfect for our 1 week stay. It is clean, has plenty of room and is in a great location. The ability to use the Fairmont facilities was a real plus. Communication with our hosts was pleasant and helpful. Would stay again without hesitation.

Wonderful facilities in a superb location.

Wonderful facilities in a superb location, we loved the stunning main pool, tennis courts and gym too. A short car ride to the beach and town. Very comfortable and super clean apartment. We moved in the evening after Hurricane Beryl had passed through which was a difficult time, I had good clear comms with the property manager and the owner dropped the keys so that we could get in. We had a lovely time with friends who were also on the resort. The main pool steals the show!

Extremely comfortable beds. The pool was a stone's throw away and the staff at the Deck restaurant were very pleasant. Such a relaxing place.
