Poolside apartment (2 bed) in exclusive Sugar Hill Resort

The 2 bedroom apartment property is located on the ground floor of the exclusive Sugar Hill Resort amongst beautiful lush gardens, and just steps away from the large lagoon style resort pool.

The 2 bedroom apartment accommodates approximately 1,000 sq. ft. of living space and 1 bathroom. Large outdoor terrace offers further living space with separate dining and seating areas.

Internal living space comprises of a well-equipped open-plan kitchen (including large American fridge/freezer with ice machine, microwave, dishwasher, Smeg oven & hob), breakfast bar, and a comfortable living room with cable/smart tv and WiFi.
Laundry facilities include topload washing machine & separate tumble dryer.


Residents of Sugar Hill Resort have access to all club amenities including;
- 24 hr security
- a central swimming pool
- Club House reception area
- gym
- bar/restaurant
- floodlit tennis courts.

Also included in the rental is Beach Club membership at The Fairmont Royal Pavilion Hotel.

A mid-week housekeeping service is included for stays of over 7 nights.

We are happy to arrange a “welcome” shopping basket, extra housekeeping visits, extended check-out times etc if requested & available.

Very clean, location is super for kids to run across the grass to the pool. Well equipped and nice decor. Easy parking right outside and good security. The Deck restaurant on site presents a competitive dining option with lovely sunsets complete with fireflies - though it's closed on Sundays. Adjoining pool is a nice alternative to the main pool. Air conditioning is fine for night use in the bedrooms, ceiling fans throughout the property and vented doors/windows provide good air circulation. Owner and property manager highly responsive and pleasant/welcoming.

So lovely to sit out on the patio and relax looking out in to the gardens and the pool is just a few steps away but always peaceful and not busy at all. Lovely apartment in manicured resort.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, very clean, apartment. Loved the large patio overlooking manicured grounds and being near the pool. Gorgeous infinity pool next to the restaurant was a real treat too. Easy parking, lovely staff. Would definitely come again!!

Beautiful Spot

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Sugar Hill. We either played tennis or went for a walk around the grounds each morning and then relaxed by the pool or used the passes for The Beach Club at the Fairmont. We also dined at The Deck Restaurant where the food was great and sunset views were gorgeous.

We had a wonderful stay at Sugar Hill. The property is beautiful, as are the grounds and facilities at Sugar Hill. Communication was excellent and the check in straight forward. We would return again in a heartbeat.

Ideal

The apartment is well appointed and ideally located in the Sugar Hill Resort which is beautiful, well managed and tranquil. Communication from the owner was very helpful and the membership to the beach club at the Fairmont Pavilion hotel was an important reason for choosing this property. Very convenient. Perfect Retreat

Having stayed at a number of properties on the island of Barbados this ranks amongst the top. Perfectly formed and just what we needed. Well presented and clean. The clubhouse facilities on the Sugar Hill estate were also excellent. Davina was a lovely host.

This is a lovely apartment, well appointed and well situated.

Lovely apartment set in beautiful gardens. Pools were clean and hardly used which was great. Small gym but set near pool with views of the garden. Excellent clubhouse for drinks and food with friendly and helpful staff

Peaceful retreat

The two of us were joined for 10 days by our daughter and we all had a wonderful time in this cosy apartment which was very well equipped. Wanda was amazing cleaning once a week and was lovely and friendly. We know Sugar Hill so it was a home from home and the position of apt was gt a few steps from pool but private. What we would say is that the white towels could do with replacing and our 2nd set of sheets had old stains on them. However there were loads of beach towels amd having beach access was much appreciated.Thanks for a gt stay

Apartment in quiet immaculate surroundings

We loved staying at this apartment in Sugar Hill. Check in was super easy and communication with the owner & property manager helpful and timely. The property is set in gorgeous gardens with trees and flower beds, which are very well maintained. The apartment is gorgeous and immaculate and we love bed spending time on the terrace and the pool which is a short walk from the terrace. The club house was closed for renovations whilst we were there, so we didn't have the opportunity to try it out. The membership for the Fairmont was awesome if you'd like a day on the beach with a sunbed and opportunity for lunch and drinks (the rum punch will knock your socks off!!) The apartment is close to Holetown for a good selection of restaurants and bars (we ate at the Sea Cat twice and Tides once, both were excellent). Also close to great beaches with Gibbes and Mullins. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again
