About an hour’s drive from Copenhagen, this dream of a summer house is located on a quiet, closed road. In the lovely area at Kisserup Strand close to Holbæk. It is quiet and beautiful here. Located in a wonderful natural area with both deer game and pheasants right in the backyard. Here there is room for peace and relaxation, while the family’s water dogs can satisfy their need for a bath. It is only a few minutes’ walk to the fjord, where there is a child-friendly bathing bridge, shallow water and the clearest, cleanest sandy bottom.

The summer house is modern, stylish and not least bright - and it has lots of soul and personal details. The light and the view out to the lovely garden are something very special. The many, large panoramic windows invite nature inside. When darkness falls and the stars show their sparkling faces in the sky, all you have to do is grab the house’s binoculars. You will not find many other places in Denmark with such a clear sky. Here in the area there is no light pollution. A unique chance to disappear into the vision of the fascinating outer space.

You will surely spend hours in the beautiful garden. It is large, green and lush. With as many as three terraces, you can be sure that there is room for the whole family. Whatever you like shade or sun. In the garden there are also two small ponds, a trampoline, a fire pit and a gas grill.

Boasting 3 bedrooms, plenty of space for socialising plus flexible accommodation, this cottage makes the perfect holiday home for a group or special family gathering. Everything about this property has been well thought through to create a relaxed and luxurious feeling.

As a self-catering cottage, you’ll find everything you need for a perfect stay.

The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.

The cottage is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.

This cottage has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6.

In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed.

In the next bedroom, there is a bunk bed.

The third bedroom is located in a separate annex that contains a double bed.

There are 1 bathroom.

The bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.

House Rules:

- Check-in time is 2pm and check-out is 10am.

- Smoking is not allowed.

- No parties - There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.

- Pets are not allowed at the property.
