Vacation home for up to 13 people 5 bedrooms fenced garden

A vacation home measuring approximately 140 square meters is available for rent and can accommodate up to 13 people. The house is ideal for extended families with grandparents, couples with and without children, groups, and clubs of all kinds.
Our lovingly furnished house, which is available for exclusive use, is located in 56462 Höhn in the Westerwald.
The upper floor features a bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as 5 bedrooms. All are equipped with satellite TV and Wi-Fi. Three rooms are furnished with bunk beds for 3 people; the lower bunk measures 140x200 cm, and the upper bunk measures 90x200 cm.
On the first floor, the approximately 75 square meters of space includes a spacious kitchen that opens directly onto the generous open-concept living and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for daily use. Additionally, the first floor features a bathroom with a tub and toilet, as well as a small utility room with a washer and dryer.
If needed, two travel cribs, a changing table, a playpen, a high chair, a potty/toilet seat, and a children’s bathtub are available free of charge for our young and very young guests.
A balance bike, a small foosball table, and some toys are also available.
From April through the end of October, garden furniture is set up in the fenced-in outdoor area as well as on the terrace for chilling out and relaxing.
Shopping options, such as 2 supermarkets, a butcher, a bakery, and restaurants, are within walking distance.
In case of emergencies, the town has a pharmacy, doctors, an optometrist, and even physical therapy and massage clinics.
The Westerwald has something for everyone. From Höhn, you have access to a wide range of recreational activities. Romantic walks, hiking on numerous marked trails, surfing, biking, golf, and in winter, skiing and sledding—all this and much more is possible in the area around Höhn.
In Bad Marienberg, just a few kilometers from Höhn, there’s a zoo with a playground and a climbing forest, a swimming pool, a Kneipp pool, and many other attractions.

Minimum rental period: 3 nights.
If you’d like to book fewer than 3 nights, an additional fee of 70 € will apply.
We charge a security deposit of 399 €.
The price includes a linens package consisting of bed linens, shower towels, hand towels, and dish towels, as well as all other costs such as water, electricity, and applicable energy costs.
We charge €150 for final cleaning.
