Everything was great and the staff was very helpful. Very close to Schönbrunn and the U4 subway station.

This hotel really is excellent. Beautifully decorated and in fantastic condition, in both our room and all public areas. We were there during the recent heatwave and the air-conditioning in our room really proved its worth. Beyond the building itself, other areas of excellence were the friendly/helpful staff, the complimentary drinks and snacks each day on the patio and the well-stocked mini-bar, also included in the room rate and refilled each day. Location also ideal for the tourist areas around Stephansdom. Best hotel we've used in a very long time.

Room was fine, and good. On the very positive side: The A/S was strong and could keep the room down to the configurable minimum of) 20 degrees, despite it being 33-39% outside. That is the first time I have experienced an AC actually working when severely needed. The outcome was I slept good. On another positive note was the morning breakfast buffet - which was quite nice. However, nobody was making omelets for you (then you know it is not approaching 5 stars ;-)) Another thing on the positive side. The hotel is laying on a quiet street, despite being close to the Prater center where train station and U-bahn is. On the negative side: There was no fridge in the room (that was a surprise for a 4-star hotel). I would choose this hotel again - but I REALLY hope that they are going to fridges to the room, that is a severe penalty from me.

Great value for price

We had a great stay with our family. The hotel staff went above and beyond. We had a leak in our room due to the air conditioner, and they promptly moved us to another room and comped us dinner the next night. The decor and ambiance felt like a boutique hotel, and the restaurant was vibey and delicious. Would stay here again.
