Before we even left to come to the hotel we called and asked if we could check in early and someone had said yes it wouldn’t be a problem.. We only wanted to check in 30 minutes early because let’s face it m, hotel room check in and check out times are no longer a 24 stay it’s more like 18 and yet you charge full price.. So we showed up and we had 2 rooms and only one was Available and the second one wasn’t ready until way after 4pm.. Yet we still had to pay full price.. After checking in we learned the pool is cold (which was not mentioned in the online brochure of the hotel) we then noticed the hotel had no way to connect anything to the TVs (fire stick, Roku, switch etc) and every floor had a vending machine (3) total and only one actually worked and it was empty.. There was only 1 ice machine and it was on the 3rd floor which is a smoking floor.. We then got stuck in NY because of the ice storm and was told it would be an easy thing to do and we could just rent 2 rooms online again like I did prior and we could keep our rooms.. So we did as they said and went down to renew and we weren’t able to do it so we had to leave the hotel with no place to go from 11-3.. That does not sound like good customer service/experience to me.. Overall the hotel is not in great shape..
