The 8-person Villa Acacia is located in the middle of one of the most beautiful nature reserves in South Africa and is part of a fenced Estate: Zandspruit Estate. From the private swimming pool, from the verandas, but also from your bed and standing under the outdoor showers of Villa Acacia, you will experience the unique power that South African nature has to offer!



Villa Acacia distinguishes itself through both its design and the very spacious interior dimensions of the villa and the spacious verandas. Villa Acacia has 400 m2 of living space and almost 200 m2 of verandas.



This villa on a plot of almost 10.000 square meter is designed for guests who appreciate optimum privacy, both inside and outside the villa. The villa has an extra wing with a spacious guest apartment, an enlarged master bedroom and an extra spacious living room with a fireplace. The incidence of light is optimized by extra high windows, sliding doors and doors, so that the “wild life feeling” can be optimally experienced both inside and outside the villa.



The living room has a cozy fireplace, a nice bar and a large flat screen for those moments when you want to enjoy the indoor life at Zandspruit. The living room becomes the kitchen through a kitchen island. There is a spacious dining area for 8 people both inside and outside.



The villa is situated on the edge of the development zone, so that magnificent views of the mountains are assured and the wildlife can easily reach the villa.

All accommodations of Homes of Africa are located on Zandspruit Bush & Aero Estate (Hoedspruit, Limpopo), an area of 1000 hectares of pristine and beautiful South African bush where only guests and residents of Zandspruit Estate have free access. On Zandspruit Estate there are harmless wild animals, which means that you can come face to face with a zebra or giraffe during a walk. So you can go on a “game drive” in your own backyard!



Within 5 minutes you are in the cozy village of Hoedspruit with several fantastic restaurants, supermarkets and shops.
