"Extremely unique Brazilian theme. Our room was a suite with a balcony, so it was nice to sit outside in the evening. However, the curtains fell off the rods when opening the balcony door and there is no individual controlled air conditioning. We did receive a fan from the front desk which was fine. ..."

"The hotel was fine. That is not the issue for the low rating. Nobody was at the front desk when my daughters arrived at 3. We received a barcode which had to be scanned to get the keycard. To do that, you had to have a keycard to open the door into the hotel. Sounds absurd. In the end, somebody walked ..."
