"I recommend homestay like this in Saigon any day. They are attentive and the 24/7 security is extra points. The rooms were clean and included a washing machine which is like a reward while being in Vietnam. The shops on ground floors makes it another reason to book REM. The pool is clean and never pack. As a solo traveler, this stay was no headache and is book it again"

"as i mentioned in earlier feedback and email that we booked and paid a premium for the location and 3 rooms a apartment and on the day of check in we are told the apartment is not available
we are given an alternative 3 rooms apartment but the location and the conditions of the unit was terrible and unacceptable..
after some discussion we are left with no choice but to accept another 2 room apartment (lower value unit)
we are not offered any refund as i felt that i am getting something of...
