"I stayed at this hotel for one night while traveling to Myrtle Beach. Within a few days, I developed multiple clusters of bites on my arms and ear. The reaction became severe enough that I had to visit a doctor, who felt the bites were consistent with bed bug bites. What should have been a relaxing family vacation has instead involved medication, discomfort, and constant worry about whether I may have brought something home with me. I hope management takes this seriously and thoroughly inspects...

"This was a nice surprise. We were 6 senior women traveling and were able to score this amazing suite with 2 bathrooms. Bother beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The staff was very hospitable."

"There are only a few tables to sit at in the breakfast area (5 tables that sat 4 people per table) and the posted rules state that you are not allowed to take breakfast food to your room. This was a very BIG problem because there was a tour bus group of over 50 guests that wanted breakfast. Some of the travelers had canes, walkers , etc. and there were not tables or chairs for them to use. Suggestion; open an additional dining space when you have large tour groups. Very Poor Planning."

There was a very nice bar on the roof terrace but had no access for guests with disabilities. You could not make bar purchases without a means of immediate payment. You could not charge to room.
