"We were checked in quickly and politely. Our first room was clean and tidy, however the. Air conditioner unit was loud and the front desk was able to change our room and we slept like a baby. We will definitely be back. Great customer service. Good breakfast selection."

"The staff was great. I did have to get the bedding changed as it felt itchy but they fixed it very quickly. The breakfast was ok but not very tasty. Overall property was great and conveniently located to eateries and the conference I went too. Price was perfect. I would stay again for another try."

"Hotel needs a good cleaning. Halls were dirty when we arrived and still dirty when we left. Our room had a dirty Kleenex next to bed. TV did not work and plugs next to bed did not work. They put us in another room. No ice bucket, no tissues, missing wash clothes. Parking spaces too narrow and we had a small vehicle. Lighting in parking lot was poor. This hotel needs attention."

"It was a good location and nice room and comfortable bed. The shower though took 15 minutes to get hot. It would also be nice to have more carts available. One big cart for everyone in the hotel is not enough. Also, better food selections for breakfast. Pretty much the same thing every day."

"When we arrived at the property, the front desk clerk didn't acknowledge us when we walked in and continued to type on the computer for 10 minutes until he finally asked us our name. There was no one else he was helping, just very rude! not good customer service. we stayed at a different hotel the next day and WOW what a difference! so friendly, helpful! We barely got in the door before we got a smiling hello!"

"The room was very dirty. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite, and as soon as I walked in, I noticed how dusty the kitchen and one of the bedrooms were. One of the bathrooms was missing a shower curtain. The living room has definitely seen better days, and all the doors had dirty handprints on them. When we arrived, the kitchen dishes were missing, and we later found them dirty inside the dishwasher. To make matters worse, on our last day, I saw two cockroaches on the kitchen counters. "

"Housekeeping continues to be an issue. I stayed ten days and dust was visible. Trash wasn’t picked up completely, water wasn’t replenished, and sheets weren’t changed. Staff even left their working materials on the bathroom. Lighting is really bad. Shampoo dispenser didn’t work and wasn’t changed or repaired. Valet staff didn’t leave car outside when leaving early even when requested."
