"Staying here was an absolute delight. Great location 5 min walk to bus stop and supermarket. Beautiful apartment with excellent kitchen, washer dryer (all in one), upstairs toilet and ensuites for both bedrooms downstairs. Comfortable, modern, clean. There were even extra touches with a lovely Xmas tree and decorations in the apartment. Great place to stay for families extra bed available for upstairs lounge room as well. Highly recommend this property! "

"We had a lovely stay at Grosvenor Villa. Richard greeted us at the door and gave us a little bit of history on the property. The room was lovely and clean with nice complimentaries stocked. The villa was about a 30 minute was to the centre, but the walk was lovely along the canal. The breakfast had a good amount of options and Richard happily made us toast and porridge if we wanted it. I would 100% recommend."

"Overnight stay to visit The Forum. Perfect location - about five minutes walk to most restaurants and another five minutes to the theatre. Very friendly and attentive staff, an atmosphere conducive of staying in a cosy home rather than a big hotel. The room was very comfortable with all the necessary facilities."

"Lovely boutique hotel, a five minute walk from the centre of Bath. Beautiful building with character and style, rooms are very pretty, spotlessly clean and the staff cannot do enough to help. Very quiet too, it’s rare not to hear any noise from other rooms or the street, but i didn’t. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for the charm of Bath. "

The hotel fully lives up to its globally iconic location in one of England's most beautiful cities, steeped in history and culture. It was amazing that such a 'top-end' hotel is dog friendly too... "We received a warm welcome, and was quickly shown to our room - which was an ideal size for us. We enquired about parking and an Indian restaurant before we went up. When we came back downstairs, we were presented with a map and other information relating to our query. The people that clean the premises do an excellent job - everywhere was spotless. There was a very good selection for breakfast - every taste was catered for. The English breakfast was freshly cooked, antd asted as good aaslooked...

"Pretty much all uphill from the City Centre, then the driveway is steep, then our room was on the top floor up two flights of stairs, a real thigh burner but we loved it. A warm welcome, a comfortable bed, a lovely breakfast. Only downside was the coffee. We will be back (and bring our own coffee pods)."
