The booking process is a bit much and the 24 hours form (that has to be completed under 24 hours otherwise you get a message that your reservation will be cancelled is not necessary) especially once you have already booked and paid the reservation. "Do not stay here!!! This a fraud. The name says it is a resort but don’t be fooled. It is NOT!!! . These are condos which people own and rent them out. They are extremely dirty, no one is ever available for cleaning the rooms or replacing any towels or other necessities. No restaurant in the building as stated on the website, and false pictures of a different building. We had to go back and forth with Expedia to get us out of there.
