"Positives - good location, good to have the kitchen, TV has integrated Netflix, bed is comfy and bathroom is well laid out. Self-check in process and check-out was easy and smooth.
Negatives - very, very hot in the evening as room faced the internal court yard and evening sun and only one fan supplied. Lift broken and no advance notice given, room was on the sixth floor and it was hard work lugging suitcase up 6 flights of stairs."

"Check in process was poor, no response to messages prior to checking in.
Checked in and had to wait even longer as security needed to make a call to confirm check in, despite seeing ID, very unclear why this was, as was not explained. Whole process from arriving at reception to entering my room took about 45 minutes to resolve.
Arrived at 1st unit/room and the toilet was dirty as well as floor not cleaned. Was provided with another room which was clean, however had no pillows and half a...

"We were only there for a stopover. The house was lovely and the host was very accommodating. They were very thoughtful and we appreciated it!"

"Looks exactly as the online pictures. Very centrally located for restaurants, shops and theatres. If it had aircon would be perfect as it’s quite hot even when not in a heatwave"

"Great Location but a bit tired and the oven was faulty which made cooking impossible. The fridge/ Freezer was in need of defrosting. Communal washing machine hard to find. Needed a deep clean. Great location saved it."

"The location was perfect! Very quiet and close enough to walk into the center of town. Close to Sydney gardens and the Art museum which we loved.
The kitchen had everything that you could need and the outdoor space was so nice to have since we were there for some very warm weather!
We would definitely stay here again."

"It's not a bad place.
But filthy carpets were the main disappointment & filthy smoke butts outside the main door up stairs.
Was there for 3 days, not once did I see anybody do any cleaning or replenish towels or tea & coffee.
That's why it wasn't value for money.
The owner should put more effort into the place, instead of just taking the money."

"The property was great location and good valve for money but crazy hot and very little ventilation. Either more fans at this point one of year or air con would have been amazing."
