"Room was clean, Bed comfy. Front desk was busy training new staff & kept us & others waiting about 10 minutes before helping to check in. Surprisingly no liquid creamer even in pump form. Powder only, really??? Terrible coffee experience could be easily improved."

"Our stay was in May of 2026. In the past, this property used to REEK of marijuana usage. But management has really stepped up the quality, and that is no longer a problem. The building and rooms have been recently remodeled. The only negative from our stay was the sketchy Internet signal which caused the TV to not work correctly, but there were people there trying to get it fixed."

"I booked this based on the pictures online and reviews that it was ok for a one night stay. Far from it! The linens on the beds were dirty, there was a hole in the bathroom door, and there are permanent residents. When asked if our car would be safe, the front desk said, “They know they should leave guest’s vehicles alone. I ended up asking for a refund and we went down a block to a nicer hotel. Night and day!"

"Does not have a hot tub says it did but it didn't. And when we were checking out in the morning some lady screamed oh my god there's bed bugs.... We didn't see any in our room luckily.."

"This hotel was just okay. Wasnt the cleanest. I requested an iron and the gentleman at the desk said he would leave for me when I returned and then when I went to pick it up, they gave it to someone else. I had to scramble at 10pm to find another iron so that I could be ready for the CSU graduation the next morning. That was quite problematic."

"The hotel was under renovation which we were not aware of when booking. The floor carpet had stains & it didn’t look like the bathroom had been cleaned. Unfortunately it was a weekend of a university graduation so there were no other available hotel rooms to move to."

"This hotel is dated but clean and convenient. It’s right off the freeway but quiet. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was fresh and hot. Not much selection but enough to make it worthwhile. The rooms were clean but needed updating. The wallpaper was peeling a bit in the bathroom. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. I have stayed there several times and make it my “go to” place to stop when traveling to Oklahoma."

"Total disappointment! The room was filthy and bug infested. The shower/ tub was cracked and we couldn’t use it. The pool was filthy, I didn’t trust not showering. They were supposed to change us rooms, told us twice to come back later.. The third time we tried they said they were full and there wa son other rooms. The new hotel clerk said nobody told her. Whole staff was rude about the situation. We left our vacation a day early because I couldn’t stand being there."

"Hotel is run down lots of homeless people around the area. Hotel staff makes the reservation work just to put you on a do not rent list. No hot tub. Hotel staff is rude and mumble under their breath when working with you. Terrible place."

"Wonderful, cozy stay! The vinyl collection and players in the room is so fun. The sunset lounge was nice just to sit and enjoy the view with lovely music. Great location! We live in the area and would 100% recommend this hotel every time for visitors. Perfect location."

"The room was cozy and clean. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Nice space to store traveling items. Great location in town. My only suggestion would be that rooms should have a mini fridge for storing cold drinks. Overall nice play. Would stay again and recommend to others."

"Very close to CSU, walking distance. Convenient to Old Town and many places to eat and drink. Overall it was very quiet but on a couple occasions you could hear the train in the early mornings. Inside was clean and it had the amenities for a short stay. The fridge was a little small but that is due to the size of the studio apartment. Shower was small but great water pressure and bathroom was roomy enough for getting ready. There was a nice walk-in closet to hang your clothes. It did have a...
