"We are in room 203. The tub faucet was continuously running. There is a hole in the wall in the bathroom sink area. We kept seeing baby roaches and one adult one in the room. The loveseat in the room was clearly very old with a cover over it that didn’t look sanitary to sit on. The property looked clean and well maintained on the outside."

"The Baker was an amazing place to stay! The room was clean and absolutely beautiful. Lots of thoughtful amenities were included as well. And the location could not be more perfect. Literally right across the street from fine dining and great nightlife. Highly recommend! Can’t wait to go back. "

"What a wonderful little cottage. Everything was perfect. We enjoyed the location in the historical district, the Jacuzzi tub, and the comfortable bed. The patios and little outdoor seating areas were a pleasant bonus as well as the breakfast. The garden cottage was situated on the top floor of the house with its own private outdoor entrance"
