1 Yard Arm is an immaculately updated 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom private home in Palmetto Dunes. This amazing home boasts some of the most unique and favorable fixtures and finishes throughout.
Situated through Palmetto Dunes North Gate, the Mariner section, this one-level open concept floorplan home will not disappoint. Enter the home into the foyer and instantly you are greeted by the gorgeous hardwood floors, the vaulted ceilings in the living room, the natural light filtering in through the large windows, and the coastal chic décor. Designer decorated, the living room has a lot of charm and comfortable upscale furnishings that include two sofas and a large, wall-mounted flat panel TV. There is a large family room also for families to spread out with a flat panel TV, two sofas and two chairs. Plenty of games to play.
Bedroom and Bathroom configurations:
The master bedroom has a king bed, wall-mounted flat panel TV, custom furnishings, private en suite bath with double vanities, soaking tub and glass-enclosed walk-in shower with dual shower heads, all with much attention to detail. The back patio can be accessed from the master bedroom.
The second bedroom has two queen size beds, flat panel TV and access to hallway bathroom with walk-in shower.
The third bedroom has a king bed, wall-mounted flat panel TV and private bathroom with double vanity and glass-enclosed walk-in shower.
The fourth bedroom has a king size bed, wall-mounted flat panel TV and access to hallway bath shared with bedroom 2. The 4th bathroom is also the pool bath.

We had a great time at this home. The host was responsive to our questions. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need to cook. We enjoyed using the bikes. The house was clean and very comfortable. The landscaping around the pool was very nice and it was great having a bathroom outside right next to the pool. We would stay here again.

30th Birthday Celebration

We loved our stay in Hilton Head to celebrate my son’s 30th Birthday. The house was perfect, very comfortable for 8 adults. The location in Palmetto Dunes is outstanding! The house has everything you need and we all loved hanging by the outdoor pool. The beach was close by and the golf was superb. The only thing that was not clear is that the 4th bathroom is outside next to the pool, but there was plenty of room to accommodate all of us! Our host was responsive and gave us all the help we needed. I would stay here again if we come back to Hilton Head.

Fantastic Home in great location!

We've been coming to HHI for many years. This is the best home we have ever stayed in for several reasons! The layout of the house is perfect for families - lots of space for everyone to be without feeling cramped, bedrooms offer separation and privacy, the kitchen is stocked full of great pots, pans and spices. The appliances in this home are newer and wonderful! Furniture is clean and comfortable - which we really appreciated. Last but not least is the POOL with it's beautiful setting backing up to a large yard and the lagoon in the distance. We enjoyed the pool so much! The outside bathroom is a huge plus too, shower and all. Say YES to the address with this one - the location is perfect. Very little traffic and perfectly situated with a circular driveway making getting in and out oh so easy. We loved our stay at 1 Yardarm and plan to return again next year.

Stunning Home!

This house is absolutely stunning. It’s a beautifully decorated and clean home that is much bigger than it looks. The owner has thought of every detail, you can see her personal touch at every turn. We vacationed with a large group and we never felt crowed or on top of each other. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need and worked well for us, as we like to cook a lot of our meals. All the bedrooms were spacious, clean and very inviting. Bathrooms were all updated and clean. We loved the 2 separate living room areas. The back yard was perfect. We have stayed at 7 homes here in Palmetto Dunes throughout the years and this home by far had the best yard. The pool was very refreshing and the kids absolutely loved it. I cannot say enough good things about communication with the owner. She was very responsive and even went out of her way to leave flowers and wine for my wife at check in as she knew we were here celebrating her 40th birthday. You can tell the owner loves and cares for this property. We would absolutely book this location again for our next stay in Palmetto Dunes.

Perfect PD Paradise

Highly recommend this VRBO! This is now our absolute favorite rental property on HHI. Everything was so comfortable and clean- the beds, the pool and outdoor space, the gorgeous kitchen. The VRBO pictures and description are highly accurate. The home has 3 private wings with expansive common areas in between. Everything is very well cared for and high end. There are a lot more amenities than a typical VRBO. There are beach towels, bikes and chairs for your use. There is also a pool bathroom with a beautiful shower too. The host was by far the best and very attentive if needed. This home was excellent for bikes- being right near 278 with a fun ride to Shelter Cove, the beach or PD General Store. If we ever need a 4Bed/4Bath again we would absolutely rent this gorgeous space again. Thank you so much Barbara!

Family Christmas Celebration

Our family gathered from NC, TN & IN with 6 adults and 2 infants. This house was the perfect spot for us! There are 3 wings to the house with 4 bedrooms and lots of room to spread out. Situated on a quiet street in Palmetto Dunes, a few minutes from the beach. Barbara is a wonderful host. She answered all our questions and gave great restaurant recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed our family time in her lovely home.

Perfect family get away!

We took our family over Labor Day to Hilton Head. This house had everything we needed and more. The beds were comfortable, we had lots of room to spread out, the bikes were a great addition and the pool area had plenty of chairs and space to fully enjoy it. Barbara was quick to respond to any needs we had and gave us all the information we needed before our trip to make it a smooth start and lots of choices for things to do and places to eat. I highly recommend this home. We hope to return!

Beautiful Property in Hilton Head

We loved staying at this house. It was convenient to everything on the island. The kitchen has everything you might need and the pool was lovely to just hang out in. Palmetto Dunes has a lovely private beach which is about a half mile walk from the house. The owner was very communicative and quick to help with any questions or issues we had. Overall a lovely family vacation spot.

Everything was perfect! Spacious and very clean home. Beautiful decor and well stocked with everything you need for a vacation. The location in Palmetto Dunes is perfect to assess beach by bike. The outdoor pool area was amazing!

A Top Notch Experience!

Barbara's place is absolutely stunning! She has exquisite taste and her attention to detail is on point. Her home is stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need and then some. Both my family and our friends that stayed there had an amazing time and truly appreciated what an amazing place Barbara's VRBO is. It's also in a wonderful location and such an easy walk or bike ride to the beach, or tennis/pickleball courts. We had an off-the-charts stay and would absolutely book Barbara's place again! Hooked on Hilton Head

We had a great time! The house was very clean and welcoming. There was seven of us and we had plenty of room and things to keep us busy. Swimming, riding bikes, going to the beach and just relaxing. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Palmetto Dunes is a beautiful area. House was beautifully decorated and laid out perfectly giving everyone space. Had our coffee in the mornings by the pool and enjoyed the backyard. Kitchen was fully stocked and we easily prepared our meals. Owner checked in with us to see if anything was needed and that was very nice. We rode bikes in the neighborhood and to the beach. Could of easily stayed longer and plan to return. Shopping, restaurants and site seeing all nearby. We did a dolphin boat tour and also drove to Savannah to explore for the day. Highly recommend to stay here!
