Piping Plover 12 is an immaculate and stunning 2nd row home nestled near South Beach in beloved Sea Pines Plantation. Enter this beautiful home into the open and inviting foyer. You are immediately greeted with the open main-level living space featuring custom saturnia flooring, high ceilings with custom carpentry and trim, gorgeous furnishings, and a stunning gourmet kitchen.

The primary bedroom is located just off the kitchen and features a king bed, smart TV, a large en-suite primary bath with two vanities, a large tub, a large walk-in closet, and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. The mid-level bedroom features a king bed, smart TV, and private bath with granite vanity top and tub/shower combo. The first bedroom at the top of the stair landing has two queen beds and a TV. The bathroom for this bedroom is just across the hall and features a glass-enclosed shower. The fourth bedroom features two queen beds, a TV, closet space, and a private bath with large vanity and tub/shower combo. The fifth bedroom is the upstairs primary bedroom and features a king bed, smart TV, balcony access, and a private en-suite bathroom with two vanity sinks with updated granite tops, a walk-in closet, a large tub, and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. This room shares a private balcony with the bunk room. The final bedroom is a great, ample space that can accommodate six people. This room has two sets of twin bunk beds and also features a queen sleeper sofa and an 80' wall-mounted smart TV in a custom built-in entertainment center. This room also has upper-level balcony access and the hallway bath is just off of this room, which has a walk-in shower.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Please note E-bikes are not allowed.
This property has a pool and spa that can be heated between Labor Day and Memorial Day for an additional fee. Both the spa and pool share the same heater. For the spa to be heated, the pool must also be heated. If the outside temperature is colder than 55 degrees, the pool may not be able to maintain a warmer temperature. Refunds will not be given if the pool or spa does not reach your desired temperature but is still warming.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
5 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 152 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Yearly family Hilton Head stay

The house is very nice, short walk to the beach. Very private, quiet location. The bike paths were a short ride away and the house is close to the South Beach Marina. There were sufficient beach towel and pool toys for the grandkids. Some of the issues noted in previous reviews had not been corrected when we arrived. Lights throughout the home not working. Carpet extremely stained and in need of cleaning. Burner on the range not working and ice maker out of commission. We did have to call maintenance on our first day for plumbing issue in the upstairs shower and the spa needed repairs before it could be used. To their credit the repair response was quick and the issues resolved right away. There were some cleanliness issues with the outside area around the pool and the table and chairs on the main floor deck. Vacasa housekeeping’s could have been better. We ended up cleaning the outside ourselves. The house itself is beautiful but in need of more proactive maintenance and some updating.

HHI Piping Plover Way

Our stay at piping plover was one of those vacations that you lose track of time on. The access to the beach was unmatched. The pool was so refreshing after a long day at the beach. There was plenty of space for 10 of us and more. We had everything we needed to cook at home a few nights and then short drives or bike rides to local restaurants for the nights out. There were ample towels, blankets, pillows, pool toys for kids and adults. The kitchen was stocked well with plenty of pots and pans and utensils. Plenty of outdoor seating from the patio to the pool deck. Two driveways to park in. An outdoor shower, and two spigots for rinsing off after the pool. We have a few notes for improvements for the sake of the owners knowing and the future guests. The sink in one of the queen rooms was blocked, the kitchen faucet is really high pressure and sprays everywhere. The iron wasn’t working and one of the light bulbs is out on the dining room chandelier. The grill took a while to heat up but when we called vacassa they came quickly to look at it. Overall, nothing huge to gripe about. We had such a wonderful time in this home. It was a great family vacation and our babies first ever trip to the beach. Thank you for all the wonderful memories. We would love to make this house an annual stay!

This property was in a great location, nicely, updated, and well stocked with dishes and pans in the kitchen. We are all cooks. In contacting the property manager, I was told there were no blow dryers and no cake or cookie sheets. Plenty of all.

Beautiful house, close to the beach

This home was perfect for our adult children and grandchild. More than enough space for all of us. Great kitchen with plenty of dishes and cookware. We really enjoyed the pool and having convenient access to the beach, about a 2 minute walk. Highly recommend this property!

Great Location

To it was a beautiful home for our family and proximity to beach perfect. This home is lovely and well taken care of. Small things like dishwasher didn’t wash well but no worries there are two dishwashers and everything hi tech so maybe it was us! Wednesday evening of our vacation there was a very loud bang outside, pool light went out and so did our internet and cable the rest of the week. The managing company was not very helpful. Multiple calls to them they finally did have alarm company call and walk us through getting the alarm to stop beeping which beeped all through the night. We thought lightning strike but no one came to check. Overall loved the location, nice quiet street and beautiful home.

Relaxing Retreat

We were hesitant about this vacation because of the COVID pandemic, but our stay at Hilton Head was great from start to finish. The emphasis on social distancing and masks was apparent everywhere. When we arrived at the property, we could tell immediately it was very well maintained and equipped, from cookware to seating. We were impressed with the pool and beach access. We also liked the neighborhood which was quiet and did not have much traffic. The property was everything that was advertised and more.
