Time for Sun & Fun!!! Vacation Time! In our Wonderful Condo

Our lovely and comfortable villa at the Island Club--The Little Gem By The Sea-- awaits your arrival! It is the perfect home away from home.

We call it Paradise and have vacationed here for over 40 years and have owned our villa for over 25!

Our villa boasts a newly renovated beautiful kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, both high end backsplash and granite countertops. Here you will find everything for your culinary needs, including a microwave, new stove and oven, full-size fridge, a new dishwasher, and new high efficiency washer and dryer. Our kitchen comes fully stocked with dining and cooking tools. Exit the kitchen and to your right you’ll find the dining area with a new dining table. Walk further and you enter the living area. Our living area has a new sleeper sofa, tv, DVD/VCR player, and stereo and very comfortable seating. Through the sliding doors you’ll find yourself on our deck overlooking the beautiful lagoon – perfect for breakfast, viewing the wildlife, or just relaxing! Back inside you’ll find the fun guest bedroom with 2 double beds, a dresser, spacious closet, and brand-new TV. Our guest bathroom has been renovated and features new tile around the bathtub, vanity and commode. Our master suite boasts a king bed, TV, dresser, desk, relaxing chair for reading . A new walk-in shower with blueberry angel fish in the private renovated master bathroom awaits you and there is plenty of space in the walk-in closet!

Additional amenities include new bedding in both bedrooms, new air conditioning, wireless high-speed internet, chairs for the beach, and a beach umbrella or two. We have sand toys for young children.

The beach is one of the finest, spacious and perfect for walking, biking, shelling, and spotting dolphins. The Island Club is a 30 acre family resort offering 24/7 security, 2 new state of the art pools with a spa and tanning shelf, 9 tennis courts, pickleball court, a playground, barbeque area, a beach front veranda, fitness center, green spaces, and the lagoons are perfect for fishing and duck watching!

June, July & first 2 weeks of August are Saturday to Saturday, 7 nights only.

Home away from home

Just a short walk to the beach or the pool. Spotless accommodations with all of the appliances and cookware needed for our stay. Nice porch overlooking a lagoon with turtles and ducks.

Beautiful condo, grounds, and beach

Location was convenient to surrounding community and to beach. The condo was clean and updated! Enjoyed our stay very much! Owner was always available for questions and was a great help to us. View of pond was relaxing and beautiful. Great place to stay!

Beautiful condo!!

This condo was amazing. It was clean and had an amazing selection of kitchen items. Just a short walk to the beach and there were beach chairs and toys available to use. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to friends.

Great condo for vacation

This place was great. It had everything we needed. The place was clean. Very nice condo community. Great beach and nice pool. The gym was nice to have as well. Barb was easy to contact. I would highly recommend Barb’s place.

A lovely property... close to the pool, and a short walk to the beach...both pool and beach were very accessible. Owner is amazing and communicative, she even messaged to check on us as the weather was bad. I would definitely use again

Great place to stay, will definitely stay again!

I have stayed at a lot of VRBO and this is by far the best. The place was well stocked, and communication with the owner was seamless. If we had any questions or concerns the owner would answer us immediately. We liked that the beach was just a few steps away, bike rentals are on the property at the health club and the pool is very nice. We will definitely be back!

Hilton Head Stay

Everything was great and we enjoyed. However, the pool was down for a couple of days due to whatever, but I understand there was some mirky looking water which gave a little concern. Also, I understand the cleaning service needed a departure time, which I missed seeing on my email. However, when I'm on vacation, whatever the departure time is usually is the time I leave (in this case it was 10:00 a.m.). When the instructions give a departure time, I don't think, anyone should be coming to clean until after the time stated.

Delightful, relaxing, great location, totally enjoyable!!!

We have been vacationing in Hilton Head since 1991, but this was our first experience in the Folly Beach area. What a pleasant experience!! The two bedroom condo is updated and spacious, and had all the amenities...short walk to the pool, tennis courts, business office, exercise facility, and, of course, the beach. The extended deck outside the the living room and master bedroom was the perfect spot for our morning coffee and visits by the neighborhood turtles and ducks. As I mentioned before, the beach is a short walk from the condo which afforded us the luxury of sunrise and sunset walks along the shore. Also, the condo is equipped with EVERYTHING you could possibly need for a day at the beach. We were amazed at how quiet the complex was, and how convenient it was to get around to restaurants and stores. But the greatest to us was the concern and attention given to us by the owner of this condo, Barbara. At any time, using the medium of texting, phone call or email the smallest of concerns or questions became a priority to her and the response time was great and always beneficial. It is always good to know that there is that "personal touch and genuine caring", and this location provides all of this, and more. Thank you Barbara.

Perfect

This is our second time staying at this property in Hilton Head and it is our favorite. This unit is very close to the pool and a short walk to the beach. The unit is stocked with everything you need for a great vacation and even has beach toys and chairs. Beds and furniture were very comfortable! Barbara is the perfect host. She was accessible and super responsive. Thank you Barbara for providing a great place to stay!
