Nestled within the lovely Treetops community, this immaculate 2BR/2.5BA condo provides stellar access to popular entertainment and dining establishments. Short walk to the new Lowcountry Celebration Park.
The space
LIVING AREA

The open living area offers ample room to relax and entertain, detailed with a new queen-size sleeper sofa and a flat-screen smart TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

The kitchen is equipped with a full suite of appliances, as well as ample counter space and helpful cookware to create your favorite recipes.

BED & BATH

This two-story unit sleeps up to six guests between two bedrooms and one queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room area.

Find comfort in the primary suite, appointed with a King-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and an in-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The second bedroom is fitted with two twin-size beds and a TV. The second un-suite bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. The two twin beds can be configured as a King at guest's request prior to arrival.

A half bath off of living room creates added convenience.

Private balcony off of living provides a beautiful view of the property.

Overall our stay was great. The living room, kitchen and bedrooms were very comfortable. The location to the beach and places to eat/shop was great. The neighborhood is very dog friendly. Only downside was the heating system as we were there for a cold front in November- warm upstairs but very cold on first floor. Besides that it was a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay last week! Holly is an amazing hostess! She was responsive, friendly, and quickly address any issues we had. She is local and was able to stop by easily. The unit itself is great! With any pet friendly unit, you have to worry about what prior dogs may have left behind - Not this unit!! No hair, no smells, the place is extremely clean!! Our family has stayed at a lot of condos over the years and I can tell you, Holly really takes care of her guests! The little details really made our stay. High quality soft towels and lots of them, good toilet paper (no Scotts one-ply here!), a laundry basket, comfy beds, nice sheets, extra paper towels, liquid soap in all the bathrooms and kitchen, extra dish soap, games, fast internet, beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart, bikes, beach towels, beach toys!! Will absolutely visit again!!

Apartment was ok, downstairs smelled strongly of dog urine, and the upstairs shower didnt drain, but otherwise pretty standard beach apartment. The reason why we gave 1 star ratingn is because this property was advertised as being about a block away from the beach according to the pin on the vrbo map. The listing description also said “short walk to beach” which was misleading to say the least. VERY far from beach, about a 15-20 min walk. We ended up driving to another nicer beach. When I was given the actual address prior to checkin, host was unprofessional/rude and said “i didnt put that there” in response to my screenshot of the map. No accountability and did not offer to let us change/cancel booking. Will not be staying again.

Great experience

We had a great experience staying here. The tennis courts are right next to the parking lot. Parking was great! The beautiful beach is a 10-15 minute walk down a paved path. Cologny park is a 1 mile walk. Overall the location was great. Our condo was well stocked with all of the essentials. It was clean and accurately described. Communication with the property manager was great. The pool was very nice and clean as well. Our family felt safe during our stay on Hilton Head Island.

We love the complex. It was perfect for our dogs and family. The unit had everything we needed. We enjoy how easy it is to get to the pool, the short walk/bike ride to the beach, and how easy it is to bike to mini golf and restaurants.

Great location and layout! The community and unit are both pet friendly. It’s central to the beach, Coligny Plaza, and the Bank, which are all walkable. We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect for our family and dogs!

This was such a great location. We were so close to the ocean and Coligny beach. It was a little tricky to find when checking in, but after reading the directions a little more closely we found it. (Maps didn't take us to the right spot). The house was a little older, but everything was clean and much bigger than expected. We had a lot of fun with the board games and watched movies on the smart tv. The owner of the property was also incredible! She helped us with some of our requests and went above and beyond for our stay. Will definitely stay here again!

A good find!

The location was amazing, removed from traffic and the chaos of the commercial end of the beach but still accessible to restaurants and shopping by a 15-20 min walk or 5 minute bike ride. There’s a beach access at Alder Lane that is a 10 minute walk/3 minute bike ride and on the quieter end of the beach which was awesome! The condo community itself was safe, pretty, and has a nice pool. Parking was a breeze, down a short path a few doors from the unit. The unit stayed nice and cool in a heatwave and beds and furniture were comfortable. Some of the interior doors didn’t open/close smoothly which was a little irritating but not a deal breaker. The dryer takes multiple cycles to dry a load which can be inconvenient. I’d definitely rent the place again for its comfort, location, and value (especially as a guest with a dog:)

Nice Location, Clean, Large Place

This location is minutes from the beach, and close to Celebration Park - a huge park, with a giant pirate ship and water features for kids. Close to Caligny shopping center. The townhouse has a great layout and ample room in both bedrooms. The unit was very clean and cool (the AC works great). A sliding door in the living room makes for a wonderful open feel. The living room TV is a bit small if you're used to a big screen, but you're at the beach! You shouldn't be staring at the tube anyway! Upstairs baths have an older aesthetic, but are still functional. My only recommendation to the owner would be to consider replacing the washer / dryer. The laundry detergent on my towels took too washes to disappear and I had to run the dryer multiple times to get the clothes dry. Note to future guests: The unit is stackable, so there isn't much room for large loads. Again, you can make do, bu tit is an older model as mentioned above. Overall, I recommend this place and don't think you will be disappointed.
