Step outside onto the screened pool deck which offers seating for eight along with the pool. The backyard is perfect for the kids to play a game of football. The primary bedroom is home to a king-size bed and is decorated in blues and browns. A flat screened television will provide entertainment and French doors lead to the pool deck, so on a warm summer night, be sure to take a dip in the pool while stargazing into the galaxy. This bedroom also offers its own private bathroom with a shower/ tub combination. The additional two bedrooms are also decorated in blue tones and house a queen-size bed and two twin-size beds respectively. They both have flat-screen TVs and bay windows to radiate the sun rays and add to the room’s ambiance; both bedrooms share a bathroom. A full-size washer and dryer is provided for your laundry needs.

This pet-friendly Sea Pines home is located in Sea Pines Plantation, Hilton Head Island's original and largest planned resort. While it is currently the home of the annual Hilton Head Heritage Golf Tournament, it is the abounding natural beauty that beckons one to return again and again. Five miles of white sandy beaches offer swimming, sailing, parasailing, kayaking, and fishing. For the land lovers, there are 14 miles of bike paths, 3 golf courses, tennis, and a broad range of shops and restaurants that will please every visitor to Hilton Head Island, SC.

A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Max is 2 dogs; 75 pounds per dog.

Please specify # of security gate passes needed at the time of reservation; 1 pass per car is $17/week. The pool is heatable for an Additional Fee.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
