With its breathtaking views of the Harbour Town Yacht Basin and Lighthouse, Ketch Studio is the ideal getaway retreat in Sea Pines Resort for a couple or individual that wants to get away, relax and unwind. From inside the unit or on the Juliet balcony, you can watch the boats come and go from the harbour or catch a gorgeous sunset over Daufuskie Island. Ketch Studio is located walking distance from several great restaurants, coffee shops and shops, providing you with the ability to dine in, or quickly walk to a number of nearby restaurants.

Sea Pines Resort is an award-winning destination for family vacations & getaways. You can either sit back, relax and enjoy the stunning Lowcountry scenery with Spanish draped live oak trees, saltwater marshes, palmetto trees, sandy beaches and lagoons or you can pack in as many sports, water & outdoor activities as you and your family can handle. Boasting golf courses, tennis facilities, hiking trails, boating & water adventures and more, this Hilton Head Island resort, which is tucked away amidst the maritime forest between the Atlantic Ocean and Calibogue Sound, is the ultimate retreat. - Kitchenette with refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, sink and coffee maker. Please note there is not a dishwasher or an oven in the kitchenette.

- Open layout between the kitchenette, dining area and bed.

- High top counter that can be used for preparing meals, getting some work done or dining in.

- Free WIFI

- Private parking for 1 car is included in the rental rate. We provide 1 gate access pass for up to 1 week with your rental included in your reservation fee and there is room to park in front of the condo building. Longer stays will have an additional charge at $20/week for the pass.

- Ketch Studio shares a laundry facility on the 3rd floor with 3 other units. Free to use.

- While there is no community pool in this neighborhood, there is a pay to use pool in Sea Pines. The South Beach Inn is a seasonally opened pool that is not heated. It is located at 232 South Sea Pines Drive. They charge $25/day/family or $75/family/week.

- Don't wait in an office to check-in or get a key! Drive straight to Ketch Studio and enter the front door with a lock code. Prior to your visit, we will send you our mobile app with directions and full instructions.

No Saturday to Saturday Restrictions - MAY RESERVE LESS OR MORE THAN 7 NIGHTS!!

Guests enter Ketch Studio by taking the community elevator or staircase from the ground level of the building to the third floor. Once you enter the front door, you will find an hallway that connects you to the bathroom, kitchenette, seating area, bed and balcony. You'll enjoy the peaceful views of the Harbour Town Lighthouse and Yacht Basin from the kitchenette, dining area, seating area, bed and private balcony. Off-street parking for up to 2 cars is included in the rental rate.

Sea Pines is a private gated community with very specific rules and regulations. A few of the restrictions are listed below but please access seapinesliving . com to read and download the complete listing. Motorcyles, motorhomes, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, are not permitted in Sea Pines. Any nonconforming vehicle will be turned away by Sea Pines security. No weddings or events can be held on rental property premises.

Due to limited parking availability at the Sea Pines Beach Club, the complimentary Sea Pines Trolley is available to take rental guests between designated stops and the Sea Pines Beach Club continuously during the hours of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Between early March and Labor Day, rental guests will not be able to park at the Sea Pines Beach Club or Plantation Club overflow lot. More details can be found at seapinestrolley . com, and we will include information in the welcome packet provided with your reservation.

Perfect Location

Centrally located in the heart of Sea Pines, while still easily accessible to the rest of the island. Our view of the marina was excellent and the condo was perfectly situated for the two of us. Enjoyed the beach, rented bikes, and ate at lots of really good restaurants. Highly recommend this studio/condo.

Cozy place with great Harbor view

We really enjoyed the view of Harbor Town harbor. Great location with restaurants and shops close by. Unit was good with small kitchenette to have a few small meals there. We plan to come back again.
