Ocean Dunes 415, Direct Oceanfront 4 ° piso. Esta villa ofrece INTERNET INALÁMBRICO, un dormitorio separado con una cama matrimonial, cocina completa, sala y comedor combinados. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice unit for 2 adults. Would not suggest more primarily because you share only 1 bathroom. Def great ocean and pool view from this 4th floor unit. VG value if will eat in or cook as have full kitchen. Liked walking next door to outside restaurant and bar. Liked umbrella and chair rentals on beach. Unit needs a little TLC, some painting, clean the LR upholstery, etc. We would stay again.

Reviewer Comments: As soon as I arrived as I sat my purse on nightstand there was a cockroach climbing the wall behind the bed next both ac were not cooling at all,frig wasn't cold and ice maker wasn't working correctly either, very hard to enjoy a vacation without those things during an extreme heat advisory week. Other than that,there was a lady that was in room 213 that kept hollering at all of the kids in the pool every single night and she harassed the adults about the carts as they were using them . Tried to be nice but she was plain mean . Unfortunately We had to pull kids out of the pool early due to her screaming profanities

We were given all the info we needed. Condo had all the amenities we needed. Great quick walk to the beach. Building was clean and quiet. Other residents/guests were respectful and quiet. Plenty of parking and access to luggage carts. Only two small negatives: car drop off area is very tight. You are better off parking and pushing a luggage cart back and forth. Our one bedroom condo was well sized for family of 3. But when you open the sofa bed, there is little room to get around the living room due to all the furniture you have to displace along with sofa cushions. But these are really minor. We were very happy with our stay.

Great Location - Very Clean

We enjoyed our stay. The location, view, and proximity to the pool and beach were perfect. The unit was very clean and we found everything we needed during our stay. The check-in process involved going to the office during a short window of time to get keys which made for some extra planning and arranging our schedule. We are used to having key codes on properties so we could check in as late as we want, but the staff at the office was very nice and informative. We would stay at this condo again!

Great vacation!

We had a wonderful vacation, and Ocean Dunes 415 was a wonderful place to stay! It’s right on the beach with a beautiful view. Very close to Coligny Circle so that we were able to walk there and enjoy shopping and restaurants. We didn’t get a rental car, so we were able to walk, bike, and trolley to everything. We had a late check in and the staff was very accommodating and made everything super easy for a late check in and even held our luggage for us so we could enjoy the day of checkout since we had a late flight out that evening. The unit itself was cozy and clean and perfect for our stay. Would definitely recommend!

Reviewer Comments: We booked very last minute and were pleasantly surprised at how easy they made the reservation and check in.The condo is definitely an older property, but overall well kept and clean! The single bathroom is super small and a little challenging if trying to get several people ready at once. My only complaint/ recommendation is a new mattress! The mattress in this condo was PITIFUL!! It was not only very old it was completely worn out and offered no support or comfort. My husband and I have learned with age the importance of a good mattress and we definitely felt the difference when getting up in the mornings!!Overall, it was good experience. We enjoyed the nice ocean front and pool views, the price, and the cleanliness...just please take the effort to invest in a decent mattress for future guests!!

Our only disappointment was the lack of amenities. It would have made a big difference to our stay if the following items were added. Tea and coffee to start off, a couple of sharp cooking knives, some bigger cereal bowls, a pasta server, potato masher, vegetable peeler, an extra couple of pillows/pillow cases and some beach towels.
