The dining room seats up to eight and overlooks the private pool/spa area with a gas grill, private gazebo with a table for 4 and another table for 6 just a few steps down. The kitchen overlooks the living room, dining room and a stylish den. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a large eat-in bar, quartz countertops, colorful tile and new cabinetry.

The first bedroom is located 5 steps up from the entry with a king bed. The next bedroom is located on the second floor with a king bed. Two additional bedrooms have 2 queen beds in each. All bedrooms are furnished with tvs and private bathrooms. The fifth bedroom is completely separate from the home. Ten steps lead up to this separate suite over the garage, with hardwood floors, king bed, TV and bathroom with shower. There is also a small kitchenette with coffee maker, microwave and small refrigerator.
