Trash everywhere upon arrival
All 4 trash bins were full upon arrival with garbage in front and back yards. Trash attracted raccoons, which we saw while on property. The back/side yard had trash, dog manure, and deflated pool toys. We are responsible pet owners and own a pool, which attracted us to this property. However, we pick up after our pet.
Pool was not clean upon arrival. We are pool owners and understand the need to remove leaves, etc. The pool net was ripped from its form where only half the netting was attached to the form. Consequently, we could not clean the debris from the pool.
One bedroom shower floor has black grout or perhaps it is grime around its perimeter. Nevertheless, this shower is unsightly.
One kitchen cabinet drawer could not open fully because the refrigerator blocked the path.
I called Island getaways' property manager on Tuesday to report all 4 trash bins being full, no room for our garbage, dirty pool, and damaged pool net. After my call, trash was picked up, etc. However, during our stay i can only verify the pool being cleaned once for our use. The beds were comfortable on a positive note. Would we rent again, no.
