The open floorplan seamlessly connects the living and dining areas, creating a spacious feel ideal for unwinding after a day of island adventures. The living area features a large flat-screen TV and opens to a private balcony overlooking the golf course, a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The galley-style kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with new cooking and dining utensils, making meals at home easy and enjoyable.

The generously sized bedroom features a King bed and a wall-mounted flat-screen Roku TV with live streaming cable, offering a comfortable and cozy retreat. The bathroom includes double sinks, a linen closet, and a shower/tub combination. A washer and dryer are conveniently located within the villa for added ease during your stay.

The place was great and the rental management company super responsive and helpful. Unfortunately the owner didn’t notify them that there was extensive construction work planned for our stay and I woke up to hammering on the outside of the bedroom wall and our ceiling, as well as having to walk through ladders stepping over them to enter and exit with painters outside the property for a week. They made it right and we felt our concerns were addressed fairly, but it was very disappointing to have to deal with this on a vacation. My husband was trying to work from home taking meetings with construction loudly banging and sawing on the outside of our walls and roof. It seems they may still have more work planned to renovate the exterior of the units so keep in mind. A little outdated inside but great for the price and we loved the place besides that!

This place was absolutely perfect for my husband and I. It was the perfect location, had a beautiful golf course view, and everything we needed! We very much appreciate all pet-friendly stays, and our dog very much enjoyed the stay and balcony. The owners made checking in a breeze and were very responsive. We cannot wait to return!

The condo is exactly as advertised. Very clean and well equipped.Easy walk or bike ride to Harbour Town.Overall, the stay was very good.A minor complaint but for a condo in a beach and golf resort you would think the Golf Channel would be available.

Lighthouse tennis villa

Property was very clean and recently updated. The main bedroom bed could be much better. Bathroom was outstanding, a taller toilet would make it perfect. Could use additional seating in living room but was comfortable for a sleeper sofa.

Loved our stay at Racquet Club villas

The property was exactly as pictured in the listing and very clean. The location was very convenient - it was an easy walk into Harbour Town. The bicycles available with the property were a great perk as cycling is the best way to get around Sea Pines. We particularly enjoyed relaxing on the balcony with a drink; it was so peaceful!

Wonderful property!

Overall this was the perfect place for a long weekend getaway for two. The unit was perfectly located for a couple of first-timers who wanted to walk/bike to breakfast and Harbour Town, but also utilize the beach. The trolley pickup/dropoff location made our whole experience a breeze and would definitely recommend this unit! The only downside was the shower drain needed to be unclogged and some trash was left (easy fixes), but neither of these things were a big enough impact to put a damper on our stay. This property is VERY well-maintained and we loved it!

Everything was as depicted. The complex is convenient and well maintained. The clay tennis courts will not bounce a pickleball, which surprised us. It would be nice if we had been able to play.

Snowbird Friendly

As our first long term stay, we thoroughly enjoyed this propery. The location was perfect for us. Kudos to the host....the villa was very comfortable; walls appeared freshly painted and the kitchen well appointed; dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots and pans and cutlery appeared brand new. Bedroom was very comfortable. The bathroom needs work, but all in all, this was a great winter away from the snow. We would consider a return visit for sure.....

Anniversary Getaway

Quiet, cozy, very clean and very convenient. Just the right size for two people. Having Bikes as part of the stay was very nice. The island has so many places to safely ride. Kitchen supplies were adequate. Would stay there again.

Lovely Condo

We love this condo! The decor was so cute and the space was so relaxing. We liked sitting outside and watching the golfers. We used the bikes a couple of times and really enjoyed that. We would love to come back because we didn’t get a chance to use the pool or the sea pines trolly. The condo was also very clean!

Sea Pines Racquet Club Villa

The villa was the right size for my husband and me. It was clean. Check on and check out very easy. Location was awesome - had tennis courts and pool right outside our door plus trolley pickup. It was a 10 to 12 min walk to Harbor Town and a 10 to 15in bike ride to beach. Loved it!

Nice Condo

Wonderful stay. Condo was convenient location and clean. The condo did not have a blender so we asked the rental company if we could get one and they brought it over within an hour so wonderful customer service. The only thing that it needs is some mold removal in the shower on the tiles and a new towel bar in the bathroom as the one there fell off several times

Great vacay!

The only negative thing I can say is our stay wasn’t long enough. Great location, perfect for 2 people, well stocked kitchen if you want to have a meal in, bikes and beach chairs were a great bonus!

We were not told that there would be construction( on the steps) outside of our door every morning. Also, we would have appreciated a warning on the pest control coming before hand. Pest control just knocked 1x and proceeded to unlock the door.
