Shorewood 504- Ocean Front Top Floor Spectacular Views!

  • This 5th floor condo accessible by elevator is direct ocean front with no obstructing views of the Atlantic Ocean. There is a private balcony off of the living room, there is a dining room with seating for 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to cook a great meal.
    Shorewood 504 has all the amenities you would expect on your vacation, flat screen TV's, wireless internet, washer & dryer, DVD player.
    The primary bedroom has a king bed and private bath. The primary bedroom also has balcony access as a bonus, perfect place to go out an have your morning coffee.
    The guest bedroom has two twin beds, and a full bath accessible from the hallway. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room.
    The complex and grounds are immaculate well kept and the pool is the best on Forest Beach! Heated in March & April, October & November. It is cooled in those hot summers as well!! Hot Tub and Children's Pool are located on the main pool deck. Bathrooms and outdoor shower station are located just outside the pool area.
    Shorewood is located on the south end of the island near Coligny Plaza. This area is famous for the many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Get ready to put your feet in the sand!!

Great place!

Location was great. Close to dining and shops. Very secure with gated access. Very clean and a great ocean view. 110% would stay here again.

The unit was clean and well stocked. We only wish there would have been more trash bags. There was only 1 in the trash can with no extras.

This condo was great! The views were excellent and the check-in/out process was flawless. I really appreciated the communication with the management company. There are some parts of the unit that need attention. The bathroom not attached to the master, for example, needs a little love. The shower curtain was the incorrect size so water got out during showers, the mirror was discolored, etc. Minor things that didn’t detract from our stay, but nevertheless would have been nice to have in proper working order. We would absolutely book again. Thanks!

Nice Stay

This was our families first time on Hilton Head and we loved Shorewood! We would definitely like to come back to the unit we stayed in! We loved the family feel this place has and the zero entry pool is great for kids! The management property did a great job communicating with us as well!

Outstanding property

We had an amazing time! From booking to our stay everything was a breeze. The views from our suite were spectacular. Beds were very comfortable. The location of this property is wonderful and just a short walk to shopping, restaurants and park. The pool and hot tub were clean and refreshing. We will definitely stay here again!

Great spot

The condo has a great view with super easy access to the beach. Furnishings were up to date. I would stay here again Was a tad on the unclean side on check.

Great location with fantastic view of the ocean

Family of 4 stayed in this condo and had a wonderful, relaxing time. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated. The view of the ocean from this unit was spectacular. The location of the condo right by Coligny Plaza gave our teens somewhere to go on their own. We enjoyed the large zero entry pool and could always find a chair on the pool deck. The owners and management company are very responsive and accommodating.

Ceiling vents were dirty. Bread chunks and food under couch and furniture piece under tv. We vacuumed vents in bathrooms and swept the floor. Unit was very nice, other than the cleaning we had to do.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoy Shorewood because of the pool and being right on the beach. Can’t get any better than waking up to the ocean and taking a few steps to be on the beach!The view from 504 is awesome and we would stay again. Seems like there needs to be a few updates to this particular condo though... Toilet in the master bath never flushed properly the whole week and needed serviced, the door doesn’t close properly, nor does the one in the guest bathroom. Cleaning crew seems to rush and miss spots and had to be called back again to re-clean. There was still sand on the floor and unclean coffee tables when we arrived. The property management company made it right and sent cleaners out the next day. There are spots in the living room that needed patching on the walls and furniture could be cleaned. We still loved the view and the location and would stay again.
