  • Treat yourself to the ultimate Hilton Head escape in this beautifully decorated villa with incredible ocean views—just steps from the sand and walking distance to the island’s top restaurants, shops, and bars.

    Unwind in the king bedroom, refresh in the modern bath with a full standing shower, and enjoy the clean, contemporary look of LVP flooring throughout. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for dining in and has both a Keurig and standard drip coffee maker. The living room features a large smart TV for cozy nights in.

    Beach chairs, bikes, and beach gear are included, making this the ideal spot for a romantic retreat or relaxing beach getaway!

    Seaside is a gated-oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach, but just far enough that the beach is not overcrowded. We are about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza and Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year.
    Property offers: Pool, Beach showers, Sundeck and BBQ/Picnic area onsite. Gated Beach access in the middle of the property. We have a great cable package that includes HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN, Peacock, Paramount Plus, AMC Plus, Disney and the Tennis channel.

    As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!

    Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Perfect getaway for a family of 4. The picture on the site is exactly that beautiful. All the accommodations were there and the condo was CLEAN! Short walk to the beach. Pool was cool during the day and a slight warm at night which helped my aching back (long drive in). Definitely will be booking here again!! Perk was the cookies in the room. The grandkids loved them A rating

It was a great location with a view of the ocean. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We liked it was close to Coligny Plaza. Kendall was in communication if we needed anything. We would definitely recommend this condo.

We stayed for two nights during the RBC Heritage. The location was very convenient with great views and access to the beach. The unit was very clean and had a good kitchen area. Easy check in and out. Highly recommend.

The location was perfect! So close to Coligny and Starbucks. Loved having bikes to ride around the island. The condition of the beach was just wonderful for walking. Our bathroom was a bit small but doable.

We had a very nice stay. Kendall the host was very quick and helpful with responding to any questions I had. We loved the 2 bikes that were included. The ocean view from the balcony is even better than in the pictures. We appreciated having a small amount of soaps, paper towels, etc to get started before getting to the store. The condo was very clean. The beach was even closer than I had expected. We would stay again!

Unit was exactly as pictured /presented in the listing. Very easy to communicate with the owner. View of ocean as pictured and only Steps from beach. Would recommend this unit and we would stay again for sure!

Fantastic location. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. We walked to and from shops and restaurants via the beach. The condo’s beach access to the Coligny Beach access where the shops and restaurants were was less than 1/2 a mile, making it an easy and beautiful walk.
