  • This bright and airy oceanview villa offers everything you need for a perfect beach getaway. Enjoy stunning views, wood-look luxury vinyl flooring, and Smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom. The modern kitchen is fully equipped that has both a Keurig and standard drip coffee maker, and the cozy layout includes a Queen bed and a sleeper sofa. Beach chairs And Bikes included! The bathroom features a stand up shower that is very modern and is beautiful! Just steps to the sand and a short walk to Coligny Plaza’s shops, dining, and entertainment. The Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year. 🌊☀️🏖️

    As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation! We have a great cable package that includes HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN, Peacock, Paramount Plus, AMC Plus, Disney and the Tennis channel.

    Seaside is a gated oceanfront complex just steps from the beach and within walking distance to Coligny Plaza, the Tiki Hut, and Lowcountry Celebration Park. Enjoy restaurants, shopping, and entertainment all just a short stroll away, making it the perfect location for a fun and relaxing Hilton Head getaway! 🌊🏝️

    Biking is the preferred method of transportation on the island. We provide two beach bikes for you and there are rentals available across the street from our building or you can bring your own.



    Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Our villa was exactly how it was advertised. It was very clean and our host was awesome as far as checking in on us and making sure we had everything we needed. And having a Beach View was a little bit overrated, but we were still very close to the beach.

Such a great beach getaway! The condo was just as described. Clean, cozy, close to a beautiful beach. The communication process was easy, owners were super responsive. It was perfect for me & my husband. We will definitely be back!

Great location with proximity to beach and a nice ocean view in the distance over the lot. Close bike paths and a very quick pedal (or walk) to dining and shopping at Coligny. This unit was just enough space for 2 adults. We used the kitchen to cook breakfast and a dinner and had the essentials we needed.

Very nice place with everything we needed for our stay. Linens, beach chairs and bikes are ready to enjoy. It is a short walk to Coligny circle, which we did almost every day. A notebook with condo instructions, restaurant suggestions and things to do suggestions was a nice touch.

We really enjoyed Sandy Feet. There were many helpful things to use at the beach which was nice since we flew to Savannah. There was no umbrella but you could rent one on the beach. The place was very clean and well stocked. We thought the nicely decorated cookies when we checked in was a special surprise.

From booking to leaving, Kendall was wonderful to work with! The unit was very clean and the perfect setup for our trip. We loved being so close to the beach (even though it was very cool) and Coligny Plaza had great options for dining and shopping. We hope to return soon!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This little condo was perfect for a birthday weekend away. It was clean and comfortable and close to everything. The hosts were easy to communicate with and clear with instructions. We will definitely be back but for longer next time!
