  • Luminoso y espacioso, tercer piso con vista al mar villa. Disfrute de excelentes vistas desde el balcón de este condominio completamente abastecido y playero. La puerta principal da a la piscina, fácil acceso rápido al océano. Tenemos una cocina completa y baño. Cama Queen en el dormitorio, literas para niños en el pasillo y un sofá cama Queen en la sala de estar. Excelente ubicación en la playa ya solo un par de cuadras de restaurantes, tiendas y lugares de entretenimiento. Nuestra villa está ubicada en Seaside, un complejo privado frente al mar en el corazón de la playa principal de Hilton Head. Alrededor de 2 cuadras de The Tiki Hut y Coligny Plaza con sus numerosos restaurantes y tiendas.

Perfect beach stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Enjoyed our stay at Seaside Villas. Nice neighbor and property was very well maintained.

Small condo, but clean and updated. Nice Ocean view and a short walk to the beach. Within walking distance to nice restaurants and shopping. Great communication from the owner.

Very nice on all accounts

Very nice property, clean, great view of the beach, ac works great (perfect for the hot summer)and location was great. Close to everything needed and has it's own walkway to the beach! Easy and quick communication with owner.

Great location, ocean views, perfect for a family!

This is the second time we have stayed at this particular condo, but the first time in this unit. We really like the location. It is walking distance to the Tiki Bar without being over crowded. This unit is on the top floor so it has some great views of the ocean. It is perfect for a family of 4- has everything you need! Great trip!

Overall a nice stay

Very cozy. The kitchen was really small and hard to maneuver around. Probably best suited for 2-4 guests. Short walk to the beach and close to lots of restaurants and shopping.

i miss read the highlight about the 22 renovation i thought it meant the condo as a whole . But the view was great and the bed was clean . Had a great time .

Great Location

Great location! Short walk to the beach. Great view, close to pool, close to walk and rent bikes. Close to shopping and restaurants. We had a great time. Condo was as described and fit my Husband and I and our daughter perfectly. Couch and bed were comfy! Loved the view of the ocean and loved could walk out door and see pool. Perfect location.

Convenient location! I appreciated all of the towel hooks! Could use updates to cookware. Easy check-in /Check-out. We enjoyed the 3rd floor ocean view ! Thanks for hosting my family!

The property was very clean. Had all the essentials needed. Nice view of the ocean from the 3rd floor so you are able to get a great view of the ocean. The owners get back to you very quickly with any concerns and go above and beyond to make sure you have a excellent stay. The owner definitely went above our expectations. I will definitely stay again. The owners seem to really care about your stay. I am still in awwww at the way we were treated. Absolutely amazing stay! Thank you! We will be back! It was raining our entire stay and we still had a wonderful time!

Small but convenient and adorable

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: The unit was clean, modern with a great view and great beach access and convenient proximity to a shopping. Decorated well and the space while small was utilized well.Cons: The unit was clean with the exception of the floors. They felt very dirty and gritty even after we vacuumed. The space is extremely small and the bunks are definitely for younger, smaller children, and not teens. The bedroom dresser drawers were very difficult to operate and the room itself was too small for us and our one suitcase. The air conditioner worked well in the living room but the main bedroom was struggling to stay cool and made it hard for those in the living room being cold while those in the bedroom were hot.While small for more than two people, the unit was so still nice, convenient and affordable!

The checkin process was easy. The unit is small, there were two of us and it was tight. The beach is lovely. The couch needs to be replaced, as it is worn. Condo is warm as the A/C cannot keep it cool and is noisy. Location is good
