  • ¡Recientemente renovado en octubre de 2017! Vistas al mar desde un patio privado y vistas a la piscina desde la puerta principal. Nuestra acogedora villa cuenta con una nueva cocina totalmente equipada, TV inteligente de 55 "y está a solo unos pasos de la playa. El complejo frente al mar está a poca distancia de muchas tiendas, restaurantes y atracciones. La villa incluye dos sillas y sombrillas de playa, dos bicicletas de playa y una membresía en el gimnasio para el Club de Jugadores (a 2 cuadras de distancia) que incluye una piscina cubierta y una bañera de hidromasaje.

We had an excellent stay at this beach property! The location was perfect—just steps from the beach and close to everything we wanted to do. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. We did have a small issue with one of the bike chains breaking, but the owner was very easy to get ahold of and responded quickly to help resolve the situation.

Perfect place for a getaway. Beach, shops, restaurants are all within a 10 minute walk, or even quicker with the bikes provided. Very good communication.

We had a great stay here! It’s perfect for two people. It was a short walk to the beach and we enjoyed the view of the ocean from the room. The bikes provided were new and super nice! The host was very communicative and helpful.

This was the perfect place for my husband and myself. The area was not overly crowded when we were there yet still active. We walked to Coligny quite a few times - great coffee shop there! We even got a surprise dog contest to see there.Kendall was very quick to respond when we reached out to stay a couple days longer. A cute little box of a couple beach themed cookies were there upon our arrival.It was an all around nice trip. We will certainly reach out again.

Great place!!

This was a perfect location and we loved the property! Easy beach access, great restaurants in walking distance, and only a 3 mile bike to sea pines. We really enjoyed this stay.

The unit was very clean and nicely updated. Comfortable for an adult couple and would also fit a few small children. We enjoyed spending our mornings and evenings on the patio and very much appreciated the newer bikes and beach chairs included with the property. Kitchen was also well stocked with dishes for our short stay. The owner checked up on us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Property is very close proximity to the beach compared to many others and a quick bike ride or easy walk to nearby Coligny plaza with plenty of shops, restaurants, and grocery. We never got in our car once we checked in. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here or in another unit managed by the Klines in the future.

Loved Hilton head island!

Just returned from a fabulous vacation at this rental-clean, comfortable, and had all the necessities. Lots of bars/shops/restaurants within walking distance and steps to the beach. Check in/out process was smooth and host was highly responsive. Definitely recommend staying here!

It’s a SHOREthing that we will be back!

We absolutely love SHOREthing! It’s the perfect size for me and my husband. We love that it is right on the beach and walking distance to Coligny. Having access to bikes is also a plus for us. This was our second time staying here and can promise we will be back!!

Perfect location and amazing host!

This location is amazing! The unit is small but has everything you could possibly need. Coligny circle is a short walk/bike ride away and beach right there! Host was very responsive and helpful! Highly recommend!

The host were great and easy to reach. The condo has room for your kids. But way more comfortable for you and your special someone.
