Newly renovated spacious 2 Bed/2 Bath condo located in the Huntington villas. This unit has beautiful views of the lagoon. Steps away from the pool and a 5-min walk to the beach. Very well equipped kitchen. Unit has an outdoor deck AND a screened in porch in addition to 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, washer and dryer. This is an upstairs unit. LARGER GROUP? Ask owner about adjacent unit.

The treehouse is a lovely home and was perfect for our needs. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach and a two second walk to the pool. Nancy has it well equipped. The screened in porch is a perfect start to the morning. We really enjoyed our stay.

Living the salt life

This was our first VRBO rental, and I’ve heard the horror stories so was concerned about what we would experience. However, our experience was excellent! Communication was stellar from the beginning. Check-in was seamless. The place is clean and stocked with amenities to tide you over until you can make a store run. Location is great! We biked to the beach everyday but it is an easy walk.

Great stay at the "Treehouse" !!

We really enjoyed this beautiful condo for our stay on Hilton Head. Nancy is a great host. Good communication and was very helpful. This is a terrific place to stay with its short walk to the beach, pool steps from the front door and a pretty water view of the pond out back. We loved sitting on the porch and watching the wildlife each morning. Will definitely stay again on our next trip to HH.

Wonderful family vacation!

We had a fantastic week in HHI! The condo was beautiful and perfectly located. We loved the pool for quick swims with our toddlers. Nancy was a wonderful host and very communicative. The condo was clean, beautiful, and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Great location, beautiful condo.

We have been vacationing in Palmetto Dunes for years and this was our favorite yet. Great location, clean and well furnished unit. Excellent kitchen stocked with any cookware you could need. Best part by far though is the screened in porch overlooking the lagoon. Wonderful place to vacation.

Fantastic Property

Too many great things to list them all. Fantastic location on the calm lagoon, perfect for morning coffee and evening wine on the screened in porch. Right across from the pool and a short walk to the beach. Was great for the family, including two kids between 5-12. The gated Palmetto Dunes community provided a sense of security and comfort, even to the point of allowing the kids to ride their bikes to the general store alone. Thanks for sharing your great property with our family!

Great stay at Huntington

This is a great property with lots of little owner touches (lots of games, beach chairs, etc). It is right by the pool which is super handy and the a/c worked great which isnt always the case some places and it was HOT. Would definitely stay here again.

Truly a treehouse!

Impeccable condo with a wonderful screened porch. Bedding and furnishings were first rate. The only negative for us old folks was the stairs. Not a problem for most. Palmetto Dunes has always been our favorite and remains so.

Thanksgiving on HHI

Wonderful property! We love Palmetto Dunes and this villa did not disappoint. It is located on the back side of Huntington and has the most beautiful lagoon views. Even though chilly, we spent a lot of time on the screened-in porch with our blankets enjoying the outdoors. Very clean and well maintained. Property owner was a pleasure to work with. Great place :)

Wonderful Villa!

I would have to give this villa a 5 Star rating! Easy booking and check in; communication with the host was fast and pleasant. The villa is located in a quiet and gated area of the Palmetto Dunes resort and a short five minute walk to the beach. The resort pool is also right outside the door. Centrally located in the center of the island close to restaurants and shopping. The villa was extremely clean, well appointed and tastefully decorated. The layout was great and we took advantage of the screened porch and deck for morning coffee. The kitchen was furnished with everything you would need. If you are looking for a centrally located, safe and quiet place for your next vacation, this one should be on your list.

The Salt Life Treehouse was Darn Sweet!

We so enjoyed this Huntington Villa and found the location ideal for our needs. This unit sits conveniently across the street from the community pool and hot tub, and just minutes away from the beach (5 mins if walking, just a couple mins if riding a bike). IMO, the condos near, but off the beach, tend to be cleaner (less sand and dirt). There are steps to this unit as it sits upstairs; however, that was not an issue for our family; steps are simply extra exercise; plus, we knew this before booking our stay. The unit is laid out nicely—spacious and is decorated tastefully. We especially liked the master bathroom which is big —and houses a huge shower. We also enjoyed sitting on the porches. The screened porch, which kept bugs away was our favorite. Beautiful windows gave way to scenic views of the lagoon and pool. Skylights offered more natural light streaming through the condo. There’s enough amenities to make your stay feel like home. We enjoyed our stay and we’re gracious to the owners, who were nice to work with and were responsive when we had a couple questions. We love HHI and this villa will certainly be considered for a future stay. Thanks again, Nancy and Rob!

Wonderful condo, great location

We have been staying in Palmetto Dunes for 20 years and this was one of our favorites!!!! We loved the location and it was the perfect size for the 4 of us. Will definitely rent this unit again!!!
